Outstanding backyard and perfect for families. Home needs some updates, but for the location, beach access and backyard, it’s certainly worth the money. Highly recommend, especially for families with kids. Hot tub worked very well. Check in and out was seamless and communication was good. Overall a great experience and hope to stay again!

Vacation company was outstanding on any needs or issues we had. Response time and action was amazing. The location of the property was excellent. Our family had an amazing week and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house certainly needs some updating. We could not get hot water in the master bedroom bathroom. We also had some problems with the hot tub and pool during our stay. The bedroom in the lower level was somewhat disappointing and I think the pictures of the interior house are not well represented, however the upstairs accommodations were good.

Our family of 10 loved this house the view was perfect it and it was just enough space for everyone. We had a plumbing issue the hosts had someone out that same day and they came to repair it. The area is beautiful, the beach is so peaceful, and the walkway down to the beach is very nicely maintained. We look forward to coming back again!

This was a great vacation home. The view from the deck was fantastic. We sat outside listening to the ocean in the evenings.

This is an older house however it is well kept and worth the cost. The land is the showstopper: from the pool and hot tub to the location of the house itself to the beach, you are met with beauty and relaxation. The screened in porch off the primary bedroom was my favorite spot in the house, I caught my husband taking a nap out there! I must say the second best thing about this home was The Vacation Company themselves. They were always just a call away and were so helpful and communicative! It's so nice to be able to relax on vacation when you know you are being taken care of. We will go through them again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would 100% stay here again! The house was perfect for our trip with three families. My wife and I and our two girls (1 and 3½) stayed upstairs, my parents had the master, and my sister had the first-floor bedroom. Each family had their own bathroom and plenty of privacy while still having great spaces to spend time together.The private beach access was amazing with two small kids. It’s a short walk down the deck walkway, and the provided wagon made hauling everything to the beach easy. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off afterward. We also rented a Pack ’n Play through Peddling Pelican, which was waiting for us when we arrived—a huge convenience.The pool was awesome, especially the afternoon shade after spending our mornings at the beach. The five bikes were another great touch; my wife and I took a morning ride every day. The Salty Dog Cafe is very close, while most other breakfast/coffee spots are about 10 minutes away.The Vacation Company made check-in/out easy and was very responsive. Our only minor issue was the broken stair gate. A replacement was provided, but it wasn’t secured, so we had to reinforce it with chairs for our one-year-old.If you’re looking to slow down, relax, enjoy the beach and spend quality time with family, this is the place. We made some incredible memories and would absolutely return!

location was perfect with beautiful ocean views. house could use some updating and lights added to first floor covered patio. limited group sitting inside so that would be a nice option. overall great stay !

Sea Pines Beach Vacation

My husband and my girls and their hubbies plus our 2 beautiful grandchildren enjoyed a week vacationing in the Sea Pines home with a great pool and a wonderful beach front view. We all had the best time and had enough room to relax on our own. The house had everything you needed plus the management team had everything seamless from check in to check out! Had a fantastic time

I booked last minute, a Thursday before my Friday check in and had zero problems. The host (The Vacation Company) was very fast to respond to my booking and provide me with everything I needed to check in. It was a very fast and efficient check in process.The property itself was exactly as described. Clean, organized, well stocked, and of course you cannot beat the location being right on the beach. The house itself is a bit dated (def a 90's feel), but that is such a minor thing. After all, you are staying there for it's proximity to the beach. It was stocked with all the appliances and dishes/utensils you need. I made daily use of the gas grill on the back deck. The AC worked great and kept the house nice and cool, I never had to touch the thermostat once. The WIFI covered the entire house and some of the back deck, giving reasonable speeds of around 60Mbps (I'm an IT nerd so decent WIFI was a must for remote work).If I had to find one thing to nit pick it would be that the water pressure on some of the faucets was a bit lacking, but that is really reaching for something to point out. Nothing was broken, everything worked.The pool was perfect, it was clean (aside from the occasional pine needle or two) with no chemical smells. The pool itself is well shaded, due to the dense tree cover on both sides of the property. That was another big plus for me; the trees/bushes/foliage that lined the property. Not only did it give great shade but a lot of privacy.

Amazing location

We absolutely loved staying here! Wonderful location, beautiful views. Only negative was backyard stays shaded so pool was very chilly. We could have paid to heat pool but very expensive to do so. Overall it was a fantastic trip!

Friends get away

Four couples who love to have fun and be around the water found this house to be an ideal place to be together! Plenty of space for conversations yet enough for some privacy too! Pool was beautiful to look at and a few ventured in even in early November. We had a couple of nice days the some rain but still had a blast. The house was just perfect and we hope to return!!

The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked: silverware, glasses/coffee cups, dishes, cooking/baking needs. Loved being right on the ocean. We enjoyed the pool. A disappointment was that I choose the house because it had a screened in porch, but the screen door was ripped and the lounge chair cushions smelled so moldy. We never went out there.

Wonderful stay, wonderful place

We absolutely loved our time at 16 Painted Bunting! Ocean views & access, a pool (must pay extra to heat) and a wonderful home in general. Bikes provided with the house made it easy to get around the island & Sea Pines itself is such an amazing place to stay too. The house was very close to the Salty Dog (& other shops around Salty Dog) also biked to Harbour Town a couple of times. The Vacation Company was wonderful to work with & we have nothing we could complain about at all! It was a perfect stay

Awesome!

This house was the perfect house for us. We have 4 little kids and being so close to the beach was perfect. We had some issues with the internet not working, the door code was wrong when we arrived, and the bike code was wrong so we had to call, but overall I have no complaints! I would highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We stayed with another family and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. We enjoyed the short walk to The Salty Dog/South Beach area, the beach and the bikes that came with the rental. My only suggestion would be to add more forks to the kitchen inventory as we kept running out of clean ones. Everything else in the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for a great vacation!
