The Space:

This is a new three story home located on a newly developed block two blocks from downtown Crested Butte. You can easily walk or ride to access all CB has to offer. This property has a rotating art display of local oil paintings which embellish the overall elegance of the mountain modern home. As shown in the photos, there is construction on a new house next door.

The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a king and the other a queen size bed, and both with lovely en suite bathrooms. A bunk room, with a large television and Playstation is also located on the ground floor at the back of the home, with easy access to the hot tub. There is a large shared full bath adjacent to the bunk room. The mudroom and laundry room are also on the first floor.



The second floor consists of a chef inspired kitchen equipped with oversized, high-end appliances and ample space to create nourishing meals for your group. The vaulted living area has a large gas fireplace, smart TV, and plenty of seating for playing games or relaxing after a day gallivanting in the mountains. A deck is located off the second floor living room which provides a comfortable place to take in the magnificent views. The square dining table comfortably seats 8. The primary bedroom with king bed and luxurious en suite bathroom with tub and steam shower are also located on the second floor. An outdoor gas grill is conveniently located off the kitchen, with stairs down to the hot tub and ground level patio. There is a 2 car garage accessed by the alley, which will fit most average size vehicles.



The third floor consists entirely of a second primary bedroom with king bed and large en suite bathroom with soaking tub and shower. This bedroom also contains a twin daybed and desk.



The home has floor heating with each bedroom having a separate control and a whole home humidifier. There is also a Sonos sound system, lighting control system and wifi throughout the home.



The maximum number of guests is 10.
