*Please note: Our pool is not heated. It's most comfortable for swimming from May through October. During the cooler months, while the water may be chilly, most days are still perfect for relaxing in the sun on the poolside loungers.

HOUSE RULES:

- Absolutely no parties. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors. You will be asked to leave without any refund if there are any reports of noise or partying.

- We have a zero tolerance NO SMOKING policy. Smoking of all kinds not permitted inside the house. If any evidence of smoking is found, we charge a minimum $500 fee PLUS the cost of restoring the home to its original smoke free condition.

- NO dogs or pets of any kind. We love pets, but to maintain our high cleaning standards and accommodate guests with allergies, we have a strict no-pets policy.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay.
