✓ Hot Water Tips in a Large Home
Safari Hideaway is a large home with an extended plumbing layout, which means it may take a bit longer for hot water to reach some of the showers—especially those upstairs (the hot water will come- just be patient). This is completely normal and has been confirmed by our builder due to the long distance from the water heater.

The home is equipped with an **extra-large water heater—the largest model available for residential construction at the time of build—**so capacity is not the issue. For large groups, we simply recommend spacing out showers slightly to allow the hot water to recharge. Thanks for your understanding—just one of the small trade-offs that come with enjoying the comfort and space of a home this size and a large group!

✓September Pool Heating
We offer an extended pool season into September, weather permitting!
If daytime highs stay above 70°F, and nighttime temps don’t fall too low, we’re happy to heat the pool upon request. Pool heat is available for $75/night (3-night minimum). Please request in advance so we can start warming the pool before your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out
✓ Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
✓ Late Check-Out Without Prior Approval Will Incur Penalties:
– Up to 2 hours late: $300 penalty — you will still be required to leave immediately
– More than 2 hours late: Charged the full nightly rate plus a 50% penalty, and you will still be required to vacate the property.

Early Check-In Policy
Standard check-in is 4:00 p.m.
-3:00 p.m. check-in is complimentary if the home is ready.
-11:00 a.m. – 2:59 p.m. check-in may be available for 50% of the nightly rate.
-Before 11:00 a.m. requires booking the night before at the full nightly rate.

**Early check-ins are subject to availability and can only be confirmed within 24 hours of arrival. Payment must be received prior to entry.
