Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Blockhaus auf dem Land am wunderschönen Circle Lake!

Wir haben jede Menge Annehmlichkeiten, aber jedermanns Favorit ist der See!

Wir haben Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste in Betten! Sie haben mehr als 2.500 Quadratmeter in der unteren Ebene, in der Sie sich ausbreiten können!

Sie betreten Ihren eigenen Eingang am Seeufer des Hauses. (Wir leben ruhig oben: Unsere Kinder sind weg und wir haben keinen bellenden Hund.) Wenn das Gras nicht nass ist, lassen wir Sie sogar bis zur Tür fahren, um Ihr Auto zu laden oder zu entladen.

Wir haben einen Theaterraum, in dem Sie fernsehen und Filme schauen können! Sie haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem quadratischen Hochtisch für 8 Personen, ideal für Spiele! Bei Regen erwartet Sie ein Billardtisch.

Die Schlafräume sind 15 Sekunden zu Fuß von der Küche, dem Esszimmer und dem Spielzimmer entfernt. Das hält die Schlafräume völlig ruhig, auch wenn manche noch spielen oder fernsehen.

Beautiful lakefront home

My family of 8 loved our stay here! It is such a beautiful property and has more amenities than any other VRBO we’ve stayed in. So convenient - from the fully stocked kitchen, to the BBQ grill, to the cozy blankets, to the life vests and boats for the lake. The owners are incredibly kind and very attentive.

Lake get away

The property and amenities were amazing. We had a wide variety of outdoor activities in and out of the water. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The accomodations were lovely and comfortable. We hope to go back again.

Beautiful accommodations!

The level we stayed in was huge!! 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large tv viewing area, another cozier area for chatting over morning coffee. The view of the trees and lake was beautiful especially at sunset. Plenty of amenities including keurig coffee maker. Steve was a great host and very helpful. Our plan is to go again and seriously thinking we've found our forever fall getaway.

Amazing property

Loved every part of our stay! Between the kayaks, canoe, hydro bikes, paddleboards, pool table, bags, basketball court, and the MANY board games, there was never a dull moment. A true home away from home.

Lakeside Home Retreat

This was a great property for bringing family together of many ages. Lots of comfortable space, beautiful views and lake front, and so many extras from water toys to towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, outdoor lounge chairs, and a great beach area for toddlers and adults. Super responsive host and the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in.

A great getaway

Wonderful place for a family of 5 to get away. The kids could spend time fishing and playing pool, and the internet was fast enough for all 5 of us to be working, doing school work, or playing games all at the same time.

Faribault Lake House

Phenomenal place! Sits atop a bluff overlooking a lake with a western view. Large yard where we used the bbq and large kitchen/family/activity room for eating and socializin. Perfect graduation place - SSM, Carleton or St. Olaf all within 15 minute drive.

Our stay

The owners were very happy to make sure we had what we needed. A few requests were addressed immediately. All in all it was good. The only problem was that you had to park about 100 feet away from entrance and walk over a grassy hill. Most times wet.

Family reunion

We had a large group and had lots of space to be together. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. Loved that this property had so many amenities. The pool table provided just about as much entertainment as the view of the lake.

Far exceed our expectations

Property was amazing, much nicer than photos showed. Had so much fun playing pickle ball on a private court. Owner was very friendly. 10 of us were there for a wedding. Much much better than our hotel options. Would highly recommend

Perfect Getaway For Families Of All Ages

The property is clean and well maintained. The kitchen and living area is spacious and well appointed, complete with a great coffee bar. The layout is perfect because the bedrooms are separate from main living area, so early risers or night owls don’t disturb anyone’s rest. The pickle ball court is amazing! We enjoyed family pickle ball tournaments, lake activities, toasting marshmallows by the fire while watching the sun set on the lake. This private and serene property is a gem!

Circle Lake house

Great place to stay. Well laid out with quality and thought of use taken into account. Owners were in contact daily and responsive to any needs. Good place to relax and just enjoy the view. Lake was a bit green but were still able to canoe and use water bikes. Nice beach layout and again quality items - canoe, kayaks and water bikes to use as well as life jackets, etc. Nice place for small children to play in the sand. Overall one of the best places we have stayed at.

Sibling getaway

Great vacation with family. Appreciate everything there is to do here...kayaks, hydro bikes, paddleboards, fire ring, pickleball, pool, games, etc. Water was a bit scummy but maybe that was due to timing? The space is beautifully decorated, spacious, & everyone loved it here. Would highly recommend.

Great for Large Family Gatherings

The property is everything you see in the pictures and more! Wonderfully soundproof, stocked with everything you need for group gatherings for cooking and eating (we brought so much stuff that was not needed/used) even had a sweet little coffee bar with kcups and a large coffee pot with filters so all you need is your favorite brew along. You wont need to drag along your own crockpots as theyve got all of that covered along with laundry right there in the unit including soaps/softner and fabric sheets & all the towels and beach towels needed. The whole place was immaculately clean and that was such a nice surprise. The beds were definitely the best we have ever slept in at any vrbo. The owners are such nice people and we really didnt notice they were there at all and they were quick to respond when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this vrbo and giving it 5 stars across the board!!!!! Thanks Steve & Julie

Unbelievable lake home for a family getaway!

We had THE BEST time at this lovely home! What an unforgettable experience! The hosts, Steve and Julie, were one of a kind and so accommodating. If there was something we needed they were quick to provide us with it. We came to this property with 5 children (ages 7-14) and there was so much fun to be had. Not only did the kids enjoy spending time on the lake-with the paddle boards and water bikes (that the property provided)-they also thoroughly enjoyed their time on the basketball court shooting hoops. The beds were extremely comfortable. We all enjoyed a great night of sleep. I feel like you cannot rate this property on a 5 star because it gets a 10 from us! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Quaint lower level of log home on Circle Lake

Steve and Julie were great to work with overall and the property and amenities were nice. There were some discrepancies between the original and updated listing descriptions and the property/experience itself but it all worked out; they addressed the discrepancies over the phone and were very kind/considerate. The beds were very nice and the family/pool room and kitchen area were great for quality family time. The lake amenities were a lot of fun, we had a great time on the water bikes and paddleboards. The deck with sitting area and grill is very nice as well. The only complaint I have is the noise above the bedroom areas is a bit much when the homeowners were up at 430am one day and 3am the next- they do provide white noise machines in each bedroom though to help with that.

Big place!

This property had plenty of space for me and my 3 girlfriends: 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a large kitchen and living area. We had an issue with the blender not working, but another one was brought to us right away. The only thing that bothered us was the owner walked right in after knocking before we knew who it was or us saying come in. Also, the "hidden fees" such as cleaning fee were a bit of a shocker. Other than that we had a great time and made some great memories.

Great time!

We had a great time at this property! It was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. The kids enjoyed the pool table, paddling/water biking out to explore the island, watching movies, and playing lawn and board games. The adults enjoyed the beautiful views, SUPing, relaxing by the fire table with cocktails, and watching the kids have fun. All-in-all a great experience! We highly recommend this property. (*The ONLY caveat is if swimming off the dock is REQUIRED for your kiddos, you will want to check on algae bloom. Our kids are old enough that it didn't bother them not to swim but a few years ago it would have been a disappointment. Nothing the owners can control, but something to be aware of if dock-swimming is a priority for your family.)

Nice getaway!

My family had a wonderful time on this property. Great home, beautiful view of the lake, and everything you might need stocked at the house for you! The owners were incredibly kind and communicated very well with us! Only downfalls: We could hear footsteps upstairs when the owners were walking around, and parking is so far away from the entrance! You need to walk across their large beautiful lawn to get to the front door. They do provide wagons to use which is nice, but it was hard for us with a baby and all the luggage/baby stuff to carry things back and forth when we wanted to leave. Also our shoes would get pretty wet walking across the lawn when the sprinklers were on or had just watered the lawn. Other than that, we had a great stay!

In 2000, we purchased this Dream Lake Home, added Log siding, and doubled the size of the Chalet. You will Vacation in over 3,000 sq of pure Fun & Relaxation!

We LOVE people, and are excited to hosts new guests!

We LOVE the up-north feeling in Southern MN. Julie was raised on a pork farm in Western MN, and I was raised in Maplewood, MN, when it was rural. (It's city now.) My Dad was a WWII Vet, and loved taking his 4 boys camping to a Lake somewhere, or to a State Park on the North Shore of Lake Superior! So we both have desired to get away from the hustle & bustle of the Twin Cities ever since we got married in 1982.

We bought this in 2000, and have never regretted living on the Lake for one minute!

We are only 10 minutes from Faribault & Northfield, where we do much of our shopping.

But you can get to the Mall of America in 30 minutes, Valley Fair Amusement Park in 35 minutes, downtown Mpls or St Paul in 45 minutes, and to the Twin Cities International Airport in 35 minutes. (A number of pilots & flight attendants live here on Circle Lake!)

People enjoy visiting Historic Northfield, (10 min away) where in 1878 the Town's People defeated the Jesse James Gang. You can still visit the original Bank, and Museum next door, where his raiders met their demise. (In fact: the Northfield High School Mascot Name ... The Raiders!) The "Defeat of Jesse James Celebration" takes place the 2nd weekend in September every year, with over 100,000 visitors!

Minnesota is fairly flat, but not around here. The Cannon River & Wolf Creek have carved out rolling hills, streams, ponds, with tons of wildlife. Dairy & Sheep Farms still line the country roads nearby.

Past Guests have told us coming to our Chalet on Circle Lake was, "The Best Vacation they ever had!" It's so remote & quiet here, you can totally focus on fun & fellowship with your family & friends!
