La Bohème - Charming and stylish studio

La Bohème is a peaceful, stylish studio on the outskirts of Denver. A garage now turned bohemian accessory dwelling, this spacious and light filled studio is its own separate unit. We live on the property with our son and his family, but you won't hear much from us. La Bohème is tuck in the rear of our property, with private off-street parking.

10 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Red Rocks, this original, family run guest studio is just the relaxing getaway for you.

The space
We are 10 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Red Rocks.

This is our primary residence. My son and his family live in the main house with me. Our grandkids are here every other week.

La Bohème is a separate detached accessory dwelling unit at the back of the property.

There is a a nice patio out front for your use. As my grandkids and the dogs (who are mostly friend) are often outside, we do not allow guests in the backyard.

Our property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. As such, we do keep strict quiet hours (800p - 800a) in order to respect our neighbors.

No parties allowed.
Other things to note
No smoking or vaping inside. On the patio is fine.
