From the moment you arrive, The Eleanor’s unique two-tone brick exterior and elegant landscaping set the tone for the sophisticated stay that awaits. Step inside to a sunlit open-concept living space with soaring ceilings, wide plank wood floors, and sleek, modern finishes. A cozy linear fireplace anchors the main living room, seamlessly connecting to the chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with premium stainless steel appliances, a center island with seating, and custom cabinetry. The adjacent dining area, with its chic lighting and glass-topped table, creates an inviting setting for intimate meals or relaxed conversation.



The home’s stylish interior continues with thoughtful touches like a dry bar, striking wallpaper in the powder room, and a full-size laundry room for added convenience. A short staircase leads to a second lounge area complete with a large flat-screen TV and direct patio access — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Broken Bow area.



The Eleanor comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The primary bedroom is a private retreat of its own, featuring a plush king-size bed, cozy reading nook with armchairs, a large flat-screen TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. Relax in the freestanding soaking tub or rejuvenate under the glass-enclosed rainfall shower. For additional sleeping options, the home includes a twin day bed and a king-size air mattress, making it ideal for couples, small families, or a romantic escape.

Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire property. If you wish to use the fire pit, please

note that firewood is not included in the booking and must be purchased separately. You

may also contact us if you would like us to arrange firewood for you for an additional charge.

Hot Tub

- The hot tub is available year-round. Please keep the cover closed when not in use to

maintain temperature and cleanliness.



Fire Pit & Fireplaces

- Firewood is not provided. Guests may purchase firewood locally if they wish to use

the outdoor fire pit, or they can give us a call if they want to arrange it prior

- Indoor gas fireplaces are seasonal and available October–April.



Pets

- Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee.

- Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on furniture.



Parking

- Private driveway parking available for approximately 3–4 vehicles.

- No street parking allowed.



Security Cameras

- For safety, exterior security cameras are located at entry points and outdoor areas.

There are no cameras inside the home.



Occupancy Limit

- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests at all times.

- Parties, events, and extra guests are not allowed.

Self Check-In

- This property offers self-check-in with keypad entry.

- Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



Weather / Nature Notice

- This cabin is located in a forest setting.

- You may encounter insects, wildlife, or weather conditions typical for Broken Bow.



Maintenance / Pool / Hot Tub Disclaimer

- While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working perfectly, occasional service

interruptions may occur due to weather, power outages, or equipment issues. We will

address any issue as quickly as possible.



Interaction with Guests:

After confirming your reservation, a rental agreement will be sent to you for review and signature. This must be completed before your arrival.



The minimum age to book and check in is 25 years old. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 25 may be subject to cancellation.

If you plan to bring pets, please note that the cabin charges an additional pet fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Kindly contact us in advance to ensure the pet fee is added to your booking.
