Other things to note:
~ Hot Tub: Please note that our hot tub is drained and refilled after every check out. This may mean that the water is not yet back up to temperature prior to your arrival.
~ Our cabin is nestled in the woods. While we have regular professional pest control, occasional sightings of insects can still happen. This is a natural part of staying in a wooded, mountain environment, and refunds will not be issued for the presence of bugs. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the peaceful setting!
~ 8 person MAX occupancy
~ No pets, No parties/events, No smoking
- Any pet snuck into the cabin will result in a $200 fee per pet, plus additional charges for any damages and immediate cancellation
- No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation
- Any evidence of smoking inside the cabin or detached game room will result in a $500 fee
~There are 3 security cameras on the property. They are pointed at each entry point into the home: front door, driveway, and lower deck (does not have view of hot tub). These are for security purposes only.
~ Driveway is steep. 4WD is recommended during icy weather.
~ Bears frequent the neighborhood. Do not leave food outside, and please leave bear proof trash container locked at all times.
~ No stairs inside the home, one set of stairs leading up to the back deck/back door
~ Game room has a roll up garage door, giving you the ultimate indoor/outdoor experience. This room is NOT to park your vehicle in. Any evidence of parking a vehicle in the game room will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee plus additional fees for any damages caused to the floors, furniture, etc.
