Self check-in and check-out are fully digital for your convenience.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

2.⁠ ⁠No Parties or Events
•⁠ ⁠Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
•⁠ ⁠Any party, police response, or verified neighbor complaint may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund, plus a minimum *$1,000* penalty.

3.⁠ ⁠Registered Guests Only
•⁠ ⁠Only guests listed on the reservation may enter or stay at the property.
•⁠ ⁠Children count as guests and must be included in the reservation.
•⁠ ⁠Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the Host in writing.
•⁠ ⁠Unauthorized guests will incur a $200 per person, per day fee.

4.⁠ ⁠Commercial Use
•⁠ ⁠Filming, professional photography, commercial activities, music recording, events, or any use beyond standard lodging require the Host's prior written approval and may be subject to additional location fees.

5.⁠ ⁠Quiet Hours & Neighborhood
•⁠ ⁠Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (9PM to 8AM)
•⁠ ⁠This home is one side of a duplex. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, occasional sounds from the neighboring home may be heard.

6.⁠ ⁠Children
•⁠ ⁠Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the property.

7.⁠ ⁠No Pets
•⁠ ⁠Pets are NOT permitted.
•⁠ ⁠Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 per pet, per night fee, plus double the cleaning fee if additional cleaning is required.

8.⁠ ⁠Security Cameras
•⁠ ⁠Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance, and parking area for safety.
•⁠ ⁠There are no cameras inside the home
•⁠ ⁠Tampering with, covering, disconnecting, or disabling any security device will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and a $500 penalty.

9.⁠ ⁠Arrival Condition
•⁠ ⁠Our cleaning team photographs the home after every turnover.
•⁠ ⁠If anything is not up to your expectations upon arrival, please notify us immediately so we can make it right.

10.⁠ ⁠No Smoking
•⁠ ⁠Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
•⁠ ⁠Evidence of smoking will result in a $1,000 cleaning and remediation fee.

11.⁠ ⁠No Dyes
•⁠ ⁠Hair dye, fabric dye, and other staining products may not be used in the home.
•⁠ ⁠Evidence of dye-related damage will result in a $1,000 damage fee.

12.⁠ ⁠Furniture & Electronics
•⁠ ⁠Please do not unplug electronics (TVs, cable boxes, lamps, routers, etc.) or move furniture without prior approval.

13.⁠ ⁠Liability
•⁠ ⁠Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of anyone they invite onto the property.
•⁠ ⁠By booking, guests acknowledge that the Host is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, death, or loss of or damage to personal belongings occurring during their stay, except where required by applicable law.

14.⁠ ⁠Booking Requirements
•⁠ ⁠The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older and may be required to provide valid government-issued identification.
•⁠ ⁠By completing your reservation, you agree to comply with these House Rules.
•⁠ ⁠We reserve the right to cancel a reservation or terminate a stay for material violations of these rules. Applicable fees and damages may be charged in accordance with VRBO policies and applicable law.
