Check in was awful - had to remind them to send me a code for entry. Both doors to the outside were stuck, only four bowls and plates for a house that sleeps six, including 4 forks, 3 big spoons, plenty of knives. We received 5 towels and 1 washcloth. Towel racks were broken off, no hooks to hang up wet towels after showering, black mold in one shower, no non-slip mat in the other that had a tub, sheets were on sidways and didn't fit the bed (twin sheet on a queen mattress), All three TV's didn't work, countertops were gross, we replaced batteries in the remotes once we finally (after 3 days) got the TVs working. Location is great, but not if it's not equipped and is dirty. We've rented in this group two other times, it is definitely going downhill quickly. Don't waste your

The picture you are featuring for this property is not accurate - there is new construction and it blocks the entire view to the left - basically blocking the sunset. The furniture in the living room is filthy - we had to flip all of the cushions over. we ran out of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. The wifi did not work and the dishwasher is rusting out - we left a rusted piece of the dishwasher on the counter - it broke off in the dishwasher during a wash cycle. We rented this same unit two and half years ago for less money and a better experience.

Poole property management was unprofessional and provided terrible customer service with the issues that we experienced. The after hours check in instructions were incomplete which resulted in unessary time spent figuring it out. The next day we woke up to no water from frozen pipes. The solution they offered was to wait until it thawed or go to the convinence store to go to the bathroom. I filled out a survey with my concerns about that and a few other minor issues along with the previous renters survey, that was never picked up, they also had the same issues. I stated that I wanted someone to contact me about those issues, I waited a week and finally had to reach out to them. After a very unproductive conversation, he called back a few days later with the solution. The solution was a one night credit, which was less than what we had payed. For the refund I had to sign a contract that said what to say and if I posted anything negative I would be sued for 10,000. If it was a different management company I would recommend the place.
