Place was so very clean! Beds were soft and all were kings with baths. Decor was perfect. Walk to beach was easy. The cottage in front is their property as well. We met the people who were staying there and they highly recommended it. We may make this a yearly trip. Thanks Amy

October GetAway

The house was impeccably clean, comfortable beds and bedding and nice absorbent towels. Perfect location for beach fun and close to town. Would definitely rent again. Very positive experience, the host was in contact for any needs we might have and entry was very easy no hangs or flaws getting in.

Great house! Great stay!

This home was perfect for a double birthday! 8 of us fit very comfortably - it was so nice to have good chairs and beach towels available and the owner was responsive to a missing coffee pod station and had it delivered in an hour ! Highly recommend this house for a visit to the beach!

According to all guests, the home and host were lovely. Had a glitch with the paperwork on the front end and a power outage that took out the only TV and Internet services for entirety of the stay but everyone was appreciative of the efforts of the host to make amends.

Family Beach Time

Most of the time the island is quiet and uncrowded and often the beach can feel almost private. I'm glad you were able to experience downtown Fernandina. Great Stay at Amelia!

This was our second year in a row staying at this wonderful house and we hope to come back again next year! Great setup, perfect for our family of 4 + grandparents. The location can't be beat!
