The Palms (ehemals "Southern Exposure") wurde von Luxury Beach Rentals in Myrtle Beach, SC, präsentiert und ist ein wunderschönes 6-Schlafzimmer-Haus mit Bad und Pool, Whirlpool und Aufzug. Dieses Haus hat einen Panoramablick auf das Meer von fast jedem Zimmer. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Master Suiten. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ihre eigenen angeschlossenen Badezimmer und ein gemeinsames Halbad auf der Hauptebene. Das Haus verfügt auch über eine Gourmet-Küche mit zwei Geschirrspülern und großer Bar. Das Haus hat eine große offene obere Deck aus Master und große Hauptebene überdachte Terrasse mit Sitzecke und unbedeckten Bereich zum Sonnenbaden. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Flachbildfernseher und Wohnzimmer hat 70 "Smart TV. Haus Quadratmeter beträgt ca. 5200. Pool ist 30 'x 17 und 3' bis 5 'tief.

Amazing Beach House for Families!This beach house was absolutely amazing for our family vacation! We traveled with a 4-year-old and two teenagers, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Even larger families would have more than enough space to spread out and relax.The location couldn't be better—right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and listening to the waves at night was incredibly peaceful and relaxing.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Best of all, the price was hard to beat for everything this property offers.We had a fantastic time creating family memories here and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway!

The house was pretty clean except the furniture in the living room seemed dirty. The houses interior was quite a bit different then what it shows in the pictures. The room colors were different in just about every room. The furniture is different, not as nice as in the pictures. The kitchen had very little supplies in it as far as cookware and the toaster didn't really work. There were no shelves on the refrigerator door which was weird. You could tell the property has some work that needs attention to, a bunch of little repairs need done. The outside is even a completely different color. Not to mention, the back porch couch had little kid foot marks on the throw pillow. The pool ladders top step in the deep end needs tightened I think. My kids just didn't use it to be safe and the railing to walk into the pool was out of the ground. We paid extra for the hot tub and yes it was hot but the jets really only seemed to be turned on one day. I feel like the price would be totally worth it, if we got what we thought we were getting. The views were gorgeous for sure and the area was very nice to stay in! Convenient to what you want to do and see but secluded enough to really enjoy the beach without being on top of someone else.

We loved our stay at The Palms! The size was perfect, we loved the layout + location. The house could use a little sprucing up (painting, updating, just comparing to homes we have rented in same price range). Rental company was amazing and very easy to contact . Would stay here again for sure !

Wonderful Ladies’ Retreat!

What a perfect spot for college friends celebrating their 60th birthdays! We loved everything about this house on the beach. We spent countless hours in the pool, hot tub and walking the beach. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook all our meals onsite. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The house was spotless and perfect for the seven of us! Thanks for your hospitality!!!!

We rented this house for a 4 generation family vacation. Everything was perfect! House was just as pictures showed. Well stocked dishes in the kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone. Would highly recommend this house for rental!

Nice Beach House

Property was very clean. The location was magnificent. Beautiful ocean view. The only issues were a Sonos player that we had trouble hooking up, a gas grill with a broken ignition, and some of the outdoor porch furniture was still inside. Other than that, it was a beautiful experience.

Spring Break

House was beautiful, right on the beach. Kids loved having their own bathroom. Open living with room for everyone. Pool and hot tub were heated which was very nice. Close to everything. Only issue was a main level bedroom bathroom had a whistle that was very random, sounded like an alarm. Would definitely book and again and recommend.

The Palms

Location of property was ideal, in between the campground and the Myrtle Beach park. Plenty of bedrooms for our family. Heater on spa broke day after we checked in. Pool service company repaired it day after Memorial Day and rental agency gave us credit for days we couldn't use it. A number of small maintenance issue; none of the issues were significant.

Great house on beautiful part of beach. Convenient drive to the Boardwalks, restaurants and grocery stores. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own beds and bathrooms. We liked that the bedrooms had 2 beds in each upstairs. Only issue, not a real issue, when pool is cleaned, (twice a week) there is no water in the house. Doesn't last long, but not good when you're in the shower. Great family house, this was our second trip and we'll definitely be back.
