Relax in the new hot tub, or take one of the kayaks, or paddleboards, to explore the lake. If you enjoy the beach, Lawrencetown is 12 minutes away, a popular surf spot, and Conrads’s, a local favorite, is 18!

The space:
Wrap yourself in luxury in this brand new custom built guest house, with a private beach, and patio with hot tub, which provides that peace and quiet you’ve been wanting to escape to. With exceptional amenities, this lakefront retreat is designed for comfort, convenience, and unforgettable memories.

Open-concept design, with Million dollar views, and a living, dining and kitchen area that seamlessly flow together, providing the perfect space for entertaining. For indoor pleasure, enjoy the 65” Smart TV, which has Netflix & Amazon Prime ready for all of your viewing needs, and a sports table that provides hours of fun with pool, ping pong, or air hockey.

The two bedrooms are designed to provide you comfort. The master suite features a Queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, layered with fine linens. The second bedroom is a bunk room, with four twin sized beds that have memory foam mattresses, and UGG sheets and duvets. We wanted to include fine linens, for the adults that may want to slumber in the bottom bunks. Please note the top bunks are reserved for children only due to weight restrictions.

Equipped with a heat pump to keep you cool with AC in the Summer, and warm with heat in the Winter, providing year-round comfort.

The full kitchen, is equipped with everything you need inside, and a BBQ area outside, providing you the option to grill up your favorites in or out.

For outdoor fun, we have: 2 - single kayaks, 1 - double kayak, and 2 - paddle boards available for your pleasure! Including life jackets.

WIFI is also available.

**Please note this suite is best suited for a maximum of 4 adults, due to the weight restrictions, adults are not allowed on the top bunks in the bunk room.

Guest access:
This guest house is completely separate from our home; however, it is located on the same property.

You will have your own area, which is separated and on the opposite side of our large property, which provides the seclusion and privacy you desire. This includes your own private beach, with sun loungers, and a waterfront seating area, a perfect spot to relax all day, followed by a glass of wine in the evening, to enjoy that memorizing sunset.

There is a mooring available to dock a small boat or sea-doo and there is a small launch located on the property, or there is also a public boat launch for larger boats, located right across the lake.

*Please let us know if you’d like to bring your boat or sea-doo prior to booking, so we can plan accordingly.

Other things to note:
- Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. We have two small friendly dogs, that we can restrict access to our part of the property.
