Step inside to discover a roomy, open-concept layout designed for unforgettable group getaways. The master suite features a plush king bed and private en suite bath, two guest rooms offer cozy queen beds, and a fourth bedroom includes two twin beds—ideal for kids or additional guests. With a TV in every bedroom, everyone has their own private retreat.

The living area invites you to unwind on oversized, comfy couches, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area—with seating for six plus additional bar seating—make it easy to share meals and laughter.

Enjoy three different distinct balconies: catch some rays on the upper sundeck with nothing overhead but blue sky, or curl up in the shaded screened-in lanai with a good book and a Gulf breeze.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Building elevators and ample on-site parking for your convenience.

Just steps across the street lies direct beach access, placing you moments away from sandy toes and sunset strolls. Or stay close and soak up the sun at the heated pool.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, just next door, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
