Location is top notch. Beautiful setting and perfect sunsets, we liked being close to lovers key. A few bumps at check in but Cory addressed it immediately and we were very satisfied with our stay overall. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and sand toys. Could use a few more beach towels.

Loved this place

Very relaxing and an amazing view. The beach was great for walking and looking for shells. Beautiful sunsets. Definitely would go back again.

4th floor condo on beach with fantastic view of the Gulf and nice balcony. Great Value. Excellent communication with owner. Good location toward quieter south end of island with Santini plaza shops close by. Casual space perfect for a couple was very well stocked.

We had a great time. The condo offers everything we need (Kitchen could have a little better illumination). The view from the balcony including the sunsets- aw. CU again :-)

Perfect Spot!

We had a great stay! Loved this condo, the view was amazing, so perfect! Loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunset, and the waves. The host was great to work with, no issues and always replied quickly to answer questions. Thank you for a great vacation!

Cory the unit owner was great from the beginning with a quick reply of any questions we had prior to booking and the place was just as described. Very clean property and excellent kept grounds and pool. A quick 30 second walk to the beach and we could not say enough about our stay. We will be back

Love this comfort of home.

The condo was clean, well stocked with everything you could need. The owner was very kind and helpful. We always enjoy our stay in this condo. We will definitely be back.

Cozy Spot on the Beach

Looking for beachfront? This is the place. On the quiet end of the island, it is a great place to relax and unwind. If you like to collect seashells, I highly recommend. On our trip the shelling was better here than on Sanibel. Loved our relaxing stay.

Beautiful Sunsets

The balcony allowed us to see some amazing sunsets and dolphins swimming. The condo’s close proximity to the Gulf provided us a relaxing vacation with walks on the beach in the morning and sitting on the beach in the afternoon. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping.

Great location

We had a great time.condo room itself a bit dirty.sink and shower exspecially. But the view was amazing and the beach and grounds were awesome. The people who were staying there all very nice.would stay there again maybe different room though.

Beach is nice but small due the hurricane, however the place was very clean and we enjoyed our time. Property manager was very responsive to an issue and schedule changes.

Estero Beach Club

Had a great time. Wasn’t happy to get kicked out of the pool around 8:15 every night! Thats the only time to really relax in the pool.

We love this place and being retired we like the quiet south end of FMB. I pointed out to the owner the a couple things that need done. Cory is wonderful! We had wished that the tub/shower could use a hand rail to steady myself in the shower other than that I wouldn't change a thing. I will continue renting from her if our health is good. I highly recommend this condo to rent!

Fantastic location and view.

Wherever we were in the unit, we had a view of the water. There’s about 5-6 restaurants in walking distance - Great marina restaurant across the street. There’s a lovely lagoon with wildlife to see every day. I am thrilled I can come back next year!! Thank you Cory!!

The property was great, the view was nice as well although the bushes need cut and you could then see more of the beach. Quite, residential area. Balcony could use the higher chairs to see over the rail. I would/will definitely return and recommend.

Greatly enjoyed.

My husband and I had a great week. The condo had all kinds of extras to take to the beach and things for kids to use. I don’t think there was anything we didn’t have. Loved the view and very much appreciated being able to stay with our fur babies. They loved the balcony too! Cory was great to reply quickly.

Beach it

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Its description was accurate.On the downside, there's still a lot of construction and repair happening in Fort Myers Beach due to the hurricanes. There was beach renovation that was happening 24x7. The beeping of heavy equipment backing up was with us all night.Looks like the beach renovation will be done shortly and you'll be able to enjoy yourselves on a large beach.

Wonderful Beach Condo

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo itself as well as the grounds were both very clean and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and for cooking. It was really a blessing to not have to bring all our chairs and other beach stuff with us on the trip. Our favorite part of the condo was the view. Wow. I literally could have sat out there all day and night. The view, the smell, the breeze, everything was awesome. The beach was small but more than enough to have a great time. There are tons of shells to collect and we must have brought home probably 2 grocery bags full. All in all, it was a great stay, and we didn't really want to leave.

Wonderful!

Condo was so nice, amenities were plentiful & the towels were the thickest towels I’ve ever seen! Where did you buy them??? Lol The best thing was, the 1st morning we went to make coffee & pot wasn’t working, the owner, Cory, replied immediately & Marion had a new one to us immediately! We ran out & we got back it was there, out of the box & set up! Thank you Cory & Marion! You saved the day! Don’t hesitate to rent this condo!

Overall a great place to stay. AC didn’t blow cold but we only needed it for part of a day. Could have used a mixer. The balcony tracts needed swept so wheels didn’t get stuck. Dishwasher wasn’t working, didn’t care. I’m sure these minor issues will be fixed. I think we are the first to rent post Ian. Did not in anyway make our trip any wonderful. Great condo I will stay in again. Directly on the gulf, best view of the all the rooms in the building.
