With the beach just 1 mile from the property, Fin and Feather is located near the marina, and a short stroll from the city park. After finishing up at the beach, you'll have easy access to pickleball courts, a community pool, playgrounds, a skatepark, and scenic walking trails at the community park.



The Space:

Step inside to a bright, airy interior filled with natural light and large windows that bring the outdoors in. The open concept living room invites you to kick back with a cozy sectional, an accent chair, a smart TV, and plenty of natural light provides cozy charm. The adjacent kitchen features cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, counter seating for three, and a Keurig for your morning brew. Gather around the chic dining table for relaxed meals after a day of beachcombing or fishing.



Start your morning on the covered back deck with a cup of coffee and a sunrise view and wind down your evening on the front deck with seating overlooking the birding center at sunset. Downstairs, the covered patio carport offers a shaded space for lounging, playing, or gathering around the large picnic table for BBQ. Fire up the grill and enjoy a laid-back dinner after a fun-filled day. Whether you're here for adventure or tranquility, this well-located and welcoming home offers everything you need for an unforgettable Port Aransas getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a twin pull out sleeper chair, smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a twin pull out sleeper chair, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin trundle, and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full hallway bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home on the ground floor on the west side of the property.

• Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available, including boat parking.

• The front door is located upstairs.

• The hot tub on the ground floor is not available for guest use. There is a locked room on the ground floor that is also unavailable for guests.

•This is a no-pet property. Any indication of an animal on the premises during or after your stay will incur additional fees.

• This home is equipped with one external ring security camera located at and actively monitoring the front door.

• The property is accessible by golf cart, and golf carts are permitted to drive from the property to the beach. Fin and Feather does not offer a golf cart with the property.

• Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. At least one guest aged 25+ must be present on-site for the entire stay, from check-in through check-out. A valid government-issued ID is may be required upon request after booking to verify compliance with this policy.
