Ocean view condo located at the heart of 7 Mile Beach

This 3rd floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (1 King bed + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.

The condo is equipped with the following:
-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi
-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom
-Beach toys for kids, pool floats, pack 'n play and high chair upon request
-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

Great location. Nice pools and beach. Short walk to great restaurants. Great time! Hot tub/spa does not heat up, although you don’t really need it!

Great condo

The condo and complex were great! It is stated but be aware there is currently NO beach as of December 2023 and what beach there is - has a very rocky walk into the water. If you want more beach access I would suggest staying a little bit more north from this location. Only other suggestion I would make would be to provide beach chairs for guests to use / since you have to walk down the road to use the public beach access points it would be nice to have some chairs to take with you.

We stayed with our two adult children and had a fabulous stay. They unit was clean so and so well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen as well as plenty of towels and supplies for the washing machine. We loved the view from the 3rd floor and spent hours on our screened in balcony. The screened in balcony was our favorite spot for breakfast and to watch the sunset. Being next to the Marriott was great also. We would go there for drinks and dinner or lunch. The Regal Beach was wonderful. It was not rocky and not crowded. The staff was so very helpful during our stay and before our arrival. The entire property was so clean and very well maintained. When we return to the Caymans we will staff at the Regal Beach Club again.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! It is a wonderful location on 7 Mile Beach. Our guests enjoy being next-door to the Marriott for their lovely outdoor restaurant. Our guests also enjoy the convenience of water sports rentals available there as well. Please come and stay with us again!

Clean, great location wonderful beach

Condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Pools and beach were great, and the location was perfect. Able to walk to many restaurants, shops and the grocery store. We were extremely pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent vacation rental

Our stay at the Regal Beach Club was wonderful. The unit was clean and the staff was very accommodating. It is in an excellent location and surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool were amazing! We highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

Definitely a repeat next year

The accommodations were pristine with the basic provisions. We loved the ocean view and the sound of the waves at night. Elli was very helpful and kind and the housekeepers were friendly and thorough. Thank you for a great stay at this excellent location. Full length mirrors in the bedrooms.

Great unit, great location. The unit is nicely decorated and renovated. Stocked with plenty of towels, linens, pool toys, plates, cooking utensils, etc. Beautiful ocean view. Loved it! Jennifer, resort manager, was helpful and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful condo on unit near beach with great ocean view. Resort well maintained with access to next door Marriott which we utilized daily for lunch and recreation. Would stay here again as first choice ion 7 mile beach. Manager helpful and daily room cleaning thorough.

Great Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at Regal Beach Club, the beach was amazing, the unit was spacious and very well equip. My college age children loved that there was wifi and it reached all the way to the beach, so they could keep in touch with everything. The view from the balcony was wonderful to enjoy my coffee in the morning or my wine in the evening. We walked almost everywhere and there were plenty of dining choices within a 5-10 minute walk. Had a great time, would definitely stay on this property again!

Great option for seven mile beach.

Our family of five stayed here for a week with several other families in different units. Our condo (#633) was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and the management staff was fantastic. This has the upside of a beachfront condo (fully equipped kitchen, multiple bedrooms, etc)... but also has the convenience of being located next to Marriottt if you want to go to beachfront bar/restaraunt. When we return, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Great option for families!

We booked Regal Beach #633 for our very short stay in Grand Cayman. We were delighted that they allowed a booking for less than 7 days as, unfortunately, circumstances prevented us from staying longer. We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the condo was! Plenty of everything including beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. The condo was in good condition and Petra made certain that everything was in working order. She also gave excellent recommendations for restaurants. Although, we shopped at the local grocery and had coffee/breakfast in the condo daily which was very cost effective and convenient! As far as travel tips, we were happy we rented a car (free parking and plenty of spots were a bonus), and we were thrilled with our selections for Stingray City/Snorkeling Tour-John Michael, and scuba diving and certification with Lobster Pot/Deep Blue Divers. Nick Buckley was a gem! We had great dining experiences at Ragazzi, Dukes, and Craft (which is conveniently located across the street!) We would absolutely rent here again!

Great Vacation on Grand Cayman

We had a great week at the Regal Beach. Unit was clean and the on site staff was helpful. Beach is gorgeous and quiet, especially as compared to the busy beach next door at the Marriott. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels for our use. Generally a very quiet property which was nice for relaxing and sleeping. Unit was as described. Interior finishes were nice but not 5 star. Free wifi and movies on demand was a nice touch, especially for my teens. Used the grocery delivery prior to our arrival and that was great! We cooked a fair amount of meals in the condo and even used the grill one evening. Kitchen does not have any plastic storage containers so we couldn't keep leftovers. Daily housekeeping service was nice but she didn't always stock paper products. We had to ask for them. So great to have a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. We washed beach towels daily and even washed our SCUBA skin suits prior to heading home. (Nice to have clean rather than dirty, stinky suits in our luggage!) Regal Beach is not far from Georgetown but a bit too far to walk - especially in the heat. I would recommend taking a taxi or one of the local public buses to and from town. If you want to go to the Turtle Farm, there is a free shuttle next door at the Marriott. Camana Bay is very nice and is an easy walk from Regal Beach. Did all our SCUBA with Red Sail Sports. Excellent service. One of the dive shops is right next door at the Marriott so it was easy to check in and sign waivers. They picked us up every day in the parking lot for our dives. Would highly recommend them!

I am surprised to hear you would not rate as 5 star, all you would have to do is ask for anything you needed and it would be promptly provided. We always go out of our way to make sure our guest have everything they need, large or small! Guest services are most important to us. We want you to have the BEST Cayman experience. Great Location and Experience

Condo location was great for a family of four. The unit had nicely updated furniture, bathrooms and kitchen. Extremely clean with great daily cleaning service. The view form the balcony was incredible and the grounds were well kept. Great location for restaurants and other amenities. Will definitely be back.
