This thoughtfully maintained home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm. Just a short stroll from downtown Steamboat Springs, you`ll enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, and seasonal events without ever needing to get in the car.
Inside, you`ll find a welcoming space that`s been meticulously cared for as a full-time residence. The recently remodeled kitchen is a dream for home cooks, and with two separate office areas, working remotely has never been easier. Whether you`re staying for a month or the whole season, this home provides the amenities and atmosphere to truly settle in.
*1 dog is allowed but must be on the leash anywhere outside of the home. The backyard is shared with the homeowners chiropractic business and so dogs need to be leashed if outside the home*

The home owner runs a chiropractic business out of a carriage home at the back of the property and him & his wife live in an aparment above the office.**
