Step out onto any of the multiple expansive decks to take in the panoramic ridgeline views that surround you. Breathe in the crisp mountain air, whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise, dining alfresco on the large covered patio, or gathering around the firepit under a canopy of stars. When the weather rolls in, retreat to the covered hot tub and let the soothing bubbles do their magic, rain or shine.

Inside, Evergreen Echo delivers cozy elegance with a mountain-inspired design. The living room is the heart of the home, where a stone fireplace, plush sofas, and a smart TV create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen makes group meals a breeze, and the open-concept layout ensures the conversation never skips a beat.

Entertainment takes center stage here. Catch a movie marathon in your private home theater with true theater seating, or challenge your crew to a tournament in the game room, complete with a pool table and a retro-style Arcade Classics game.
