The Space:

Designed with families and groups in mind, this newly updated cabin offers a spacious, comfortable layout with modern touches and a full range of entertainment options across three levels.



Main Level

The main level features a king bedroom with an ensuite bath and a queen bedroom with direct access to the deck. The inviting living area includes vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, plush sectional seating, and a Smart TV, making it an ideal gathering space. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything you need for shared meals and easy entertaining.



Upper Level

Upstairs, a roomy bunk bedroom with two queen-over-queen bunk beds and a private bath creates a fun and comfortable retreat for kids, teens, or additional guests. The upper-level game room offers a pool table, whiskey barrel game table, and a dedicated work-from-anywhere desk. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the mountain air.



Lower Level

The lower level includes a king bedroom and queen bedroom, along with a fully immersive theater room featuring a 4K digital screen, 5.1 surround sound, reclining theater chairs, a popcorn machine, multicade arcade console, and cornhole boards. Both bedrooms open directly to the driveway with no steps, providing added convenience for guests with mobility considerations.



Outdoor Spaces

Multiple wraparound decks, a hot tub, and a fire pit offer inviting spaces to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors. The cabin sits on a level lot with a fully paved driveway and parking for up to 6 vehicles, and comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, with the exception of a few locked storage areas. Entry is secure and convenient through a time-based electronic lock, with a unique code provided for each stay.



The Neighborhood:

This cabin is located in downtown Gatlinburg on a level lot, just steps from local shops, dining, and popular attractions. Access to the property is simple and convenient, with fully paved roads and no steep hills or challenging terrain. The paved driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles comfortably.



Guests will also enjoy quick access to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Ober Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge, making this an ideal home base for exploring the area.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is the most convenient way to explore the Smoky Mountains and nearby attractions. However, the cabin is within walking distance (under 5 minutes) — and less than 60 seconds by car — from the Gatlinburg Parkway, putting dining, shopping, and entertainment just moments away. If you prefer not to drive, several transportation options are available:



>Gatlinburg Trolley: Enjoy completely free transportation throughout Gatlinburg.

>Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley: Affordable fares ranging from $1.00 to $3.00 (children under 3 ride free).

>Rideshare & Local Services: Uber, Lyft, taxis, and private limo/shuttle services operate throughout the area.

After booking, you’ll receive a secure pre-arrival link to quickly confirm your details before your stay. This includes a simple identity and payment confirmation, along with choosing a standard stay protection option (either a refundable deposit or a protection waiver), similar to a hotel check-in. Guest Requirements & Security:

Primary guest must be 25+ years of age to book. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas. These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.



Refunds:

Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.
