The Space:

This cabin combines comfort, entertainment, and modern updates. Main level includes a king bedroom with ensuite and a queen bedroom opening to the deck. Living area has vaulted ceilings, fireplace, sectional seating, and Smart TV. Kitchen and dining area make meals easy and enjoyable.



Upstairs, the bunk bedroom with dual queen-over-queen beds and private bath offers a playful retreat. The upper-level game room features a pool table and direct deck access, perfect for morning coffee or friendly competition.



The lower level has a king and queen bedroom plus a full theater with reclining chairs, popcorn machine, and game console. Lower-level access makes the cabin convenient for mobility-challenged guests.



Wraparound decks, hot tub, and fire pit make outdoor evenings memorable. The cabin sleeps 16 comfortably, with a level lot, fully paved driveway, and parking for up to 6 vehicles.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to all areas except locked storage. Entry is secure via E-Lock code changed for each stay.

Located downtown on a level lot, the cabin is steps from shops, dining, and attractions. Roads to the property are fully paved with no hills or dangerous terrain. Quick access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Ober Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge.



Getting Around:

Walk to downtown or use a vehicle for wider exploration. Gatlinburg Trolley (free), Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley, rideshare, and taxis are convenient.

After booking, you’ll receive an invitation to complete a quick and secure pre-arrival confirmation. This step confirms your identity and payment details. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until this is complete. For security, the door code will only be shared once your info is verified. If we need anything else (like an updated photo ID or signature), we’ll contact you directly.



Occupancy:

Maximum 16 guests. Please include all guests, no matter the age, on your reservation.

- Main Level: 1 King bedroom with ensuite (sleeps 2), 1 Queen bedroom (sleeps 2)

- Upper Level: 1 bunk bedroom with 2x Queen-over-Queen bunk beds (sleeps 8)

- Lower Level: 1 King bedroom (sleeps 2), 1 Queen bedroom (sleeps 2)



On-Site Private Parking:

Flat parking for 6 full-size vehicles - Parking on the street is not allowed. - No RV’s, fifth wheel, gooseneck, or campers are allowed at this property.

Enjoy free, high-speed guest wireless internet for your favorite mobile devices. Smart TVs are located throughout the home. These TVs allow you to use your own streaming service login to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, HBO, and many more, or enjoy live channels provided at no additional cost.

We provide travel-size shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash liners, dishwasher pods, and coffee supplies. Please bring or plan to purchase any extras you may need. Additional items can also be requested through our guest app.



Pets & Service Animals:

No animals or pets are allowed at this property, including service animals, due to the homeowner’s severe allergy to pet dander. Please contact us 72 hours prior to arrival for discounted local pet boarding options.



Smoking & Vaping:

No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors.



Guest Requirements & Security:

Primary guest must be 25+ years of age to book. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas. These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.



Refunds:

Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.
