We enjoyed our stay here very much. Spent most of our time on the amazing deck area. The weather was perfect. The home is nicely laid out and close to food and entertainment. We did not utilize alot of the amenities on this trip. We will definitely be staying again.

Amazing house and property just as described and pictured in post , kids were busy with the all the games. Our puppy loved the backyard , the outdoor patio was amazing - we all enjoyed the hottub , great responsive host , perfect location for walking and running - can’t wait to come back in summertime and enjoy the pool!!

Stayed here for 3 days while visiting friends in Denver area. In a convenient location. Trader Joe’s close by as well as many other shops/restaurants. Traveled with husband, 2 y/o and 4 y/o. House was great for little kids, they definitely enjoyed the play room. The pool was nice to have, just need to be careful with littles as big drop off back deck to pool so just need to have close eyes on them but really appreciated alarm and lock on back door so we knew they wouldn’t escape out there unattended. Nice stay close to many different Denver area attractions!

We were very comfortable in the home. The pool was covered and there were no logs in the outdoor fireplace, but otherwise it was as expected. Great location. Great park nearby. Easy check in and check out.

The house is exactly as it looked in the pictures. The children's room and game room was wonderful for when our grandchildren came to visit! They loved those areas and the beautiful backyard. Wonderful home. Main floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Bedrooms with memory foam comfy mattresses. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Formal living room with tv which has Netflix, Hulu , etc to connect to. Large kitchen with pots, pans, utensils. Only thing I didn’t find was baking dishes or sheets. Large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Pantry had salt/pepper. Coffee pot and Keurig. Dishwasher and sponge available for washing dishes. Large dining table that over looks the back patio/pool area. Step outside onto patio and there’s a whole other seating/family area. Tv with Netflix, apps, etc available. The porch is surrounded with a safety gate that can be used to keep kids safe away from pool. Stepping down you’ll find a grill. Pool is nice and clean: jacuzzi was great! Corn hole game. Back inside the house downstairs is another bathroom with shower. Next to that a kids play room with teepee and large plushies and books. Leaving that space there’s another large space with air hockey, 2 video game machines, a large super comfy sectional where you can watch movies with the fam. Projector is great quality and surround sound is crisp. There are also some board games. There’s a laundry room in this level as well. Nice washing machines (bring your own soap), The ONLY minor thing I would change is having more clear labels for all the light switches. Another downside is that being wood, the hallway floor is very very noisy (beware babies and light sleepers. 100 % recommend!

This home was everything I hoped it would be. The amenities were updated. The home was spacious, comfortable and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was pleasant, responsive and was easy to communicate with. Laura, even decorated the family room with a lovely Christmas tree. It was such a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this home and would gladly stay here again.

We booked this home for our family of 6 for a wedding weekend and had a wonderful stay! The weather cooperated so that we enjoyed the beautiful outdoor cabana, pool and view! The home is located in a safe and quiet area that is convenient to shops, restaurants and mountains. It had everything we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. The host communicated well both before and during stay. A great family friendly atmosphere and I would stay there again. Highly recommend!

House was exactly as advertised, we had three couples who stayed there and there was plenty of room inside, outside and downstairs to hang out as a group. Booking and check-in was painless, communication with instructions and expectations spot on. The house itself was clean and well appointed. The pool and backyard setup was great, we did not need additional heat for the pool beyond what was provided. Three notes for potential future visitors:1. There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, but one of the bathrooms is downstairs. So if you're splitting with three couples like we did, one of them has to make the trek. 2. The hardwood floors look great in the house, but they're kind of squeaky. If somebody gets up to go down the hall to use the bathroom, everybody's going to hear it. We wound up wearing ear plugs since we didn't have to be up early and weren't setting an alarm3. The pool has a vinyl liner, which can be slippery. Use caution going down the steps, there's no rail or bar to hold on and it's easy to slip. Those of us who were wearing water shoes didn't have the issue. We would definitely stay here again, well appointed house in a good location. Plenty of shopping and dining within a short drive.

Had an amazing time! Accommodations were perfect; kids loved the basement area and pool, while the adults loved the covered deck and spacious room for everyone (family of five plus a dog). QR code instructional videos were available around the house and were very helpful navigating a vacation property. The neighborhood was very safe feeling and walking trail behind the property was an added bonus for walking the dog in the early mornings and late nights.
