We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You will have access to the entire home during your stay for your privacy and comfort. Please note that the unit may not be suitable for individuals who are have mobility challenges, as there are stairs leading to the entrance of the unit and three small staircases inside the home.

Morning light filters across the quiet Bel-Aire neighborhood as you sip coffee on the patio, looking out at mature trees that frame the fenced backyard. Evenings invite you to gather on the deck, fire up the grill, or relax in the hot tub under Colorado skies. Inside, spacious living areas and thoughtful details create a setting where you can both unwind and connect.

Spacious living areas
Two living rooms provide plenty of room to spread out. One space invites movie nights on a smart TV, while the other is perfect for board games and conversation. Natural light fills the open-concept design, adding warmth to every corner.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests with five bedrooms and six beds. The master suite offers a king bed and elevated views, while another king bedroom on the lower level opens directly to the backyard. A queen bedroom and a kid-friendly twin setup provide versatile options. For added privacy, a basement king room creates a quiet retreat. Memory foam mattresses and ample storage make each space restful and functional.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are updated for both comfort and convenience. One features a rainfall shower with a tiled bench, another includes a glass walk-in shower, and the ensuite bath offers direct access to the hot tub.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen brings everyone together with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a spacious island. Stocked with cooking basics and barbecue utensils, it’s designed for everyday meals or holiday gatherings. Share meals around the large dining table or step outside for al fresco dining.

Outdoor living
The fenced backyard offers a private space to relax. Stretch out on the deck, enjoy outdoor furniture, or prepare dinner on the BBQ grill. The hot tub is ready for a soak at the end of your day exploring Centennial and beyond.

Work and play
Remote workers will appreciate the dedicated office with high-speed Wi-Fi, while families find convenience in the Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and safety gates. Entertainment is always within reach with TVs, games, and child-friendly touches.

Guests have access to washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating, security features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and self check-in with a keypad. The home includes parking on site as well as free street parking.
