Diese Wohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer bietet viel Platz und einen direkten Blick auf den Strand. Von der dritten Etage haben Sie einen ungehinderten Blick auf den gesamten Strand, sind aber so niedrig, dass Sie abends die Brandung hören können.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Eingang zum Balkon und das große Fenster kann geöffnet werden, um die Brandung zu hören, wenn Sie einschlafen.

Die Küche bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, und ist groß genug, damit zwei Personen bequem eine Mahlzeit zubereiten können.

Alle unsere Unterkünfte verfügen über volle Bettwäsche, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Unterkunft und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Alles, was Sie sich Sorgen machen müssen, ist, Spaß zu haben! Darüber hinaus bietet unser Komplex einen Pool, einen Grill- / Picknickbereich, kostenloses WLAN, einen Autowaschbereich, eine Promenade für den Strand und einen bequemen Markt nebenan! In den Monaten März bis Oktober bieten wir auch einen kostenlosen Strandservice an! Wir befinden uns nur 5 Minuten von Fort Walton Beach und Destin entfernt auf der schönen Insel Okaloosa und nur 3/4 Meilen von ausgezeichneten Restaurants, Nachtleben, Geschäften, Wasseraktivitäten und dem Gulfarium!

Wonderful getaway

Yes this is my first time using VRBO and staying at this property. The the communication was wonderful with the staff as I decided to add some additional days to my stay because I was having such a good time and they were happy to accommodate me and get me into the second unit quickly. The beach was beautiful the condo was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future. I'm already planning my next trip thank you for a great stay

Overall the unit was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with amenities for enjoying the beautiful ocean both outside and inside the unit! The building itself offered a clean pool, grilling equipment and building staff who provided excellent support Some exterior issues need attention, particularly water accumulating around entrance areas and parking lot could be a slip hazard. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and Tom Thumb next door which we used a lot. The towels had an odor to them and did not absorb well. We will bring our own next time. The bed was overly soft and hot. The one- bedroom condo was small in the living area. It is an older facility but we keep coming back due to the location and beach facilities. We spent a lolt of time on the balcony. The beach set up was wonderful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay, as always. Never long enough. This unit could use a little updating in the bathroom & kitchen. Hated the plastic veneer on the cabinets. We do not cook while on vacation, but I do boil water for tea. There was no boiler large enough or tea kettle just to boil water. Coffee maker was hit or miss. Took 30 minutes just to drain through. Had trouble with the entry keypad several times, but management solved the problem immediately each time. Will continue to stay at the Nautilus. The family clientele, due to the rules, makes it the best place ever. I recommend The Nautilus to everyone!

Room was great. Had issues with cable boxes constantly loosing signal. One of the elevators went out and the pool was often closed for maintenance.

The couch was extremely uncomfortable and was more like a bench vs a couch. The bed was also uncomfortable and also very firm. I would not call the kitchen well stocked, but bare minimum stocked. The toilet in the bedroom is very low and is not ideal for tall people. No screens to keep bugs out on the main patio door or the windows in the bedroom.
