Dieses luxuriöse Eigentumswohnung-Hotel hat neben dem privaten Pool ein Familienschwimmbad im Erdgeschoss mit einer Bar und einem Infinity-Pool für Erwachsene auf dem Dach mit einer Bar und einer Snackbar. The area was perfect, just off 5th Ave but quiet. Beautiful treed area, close to beaches and packed full of wonderful restaurants. Condo was exactly what was advertised, clean, safe, adult only pool and private pool all were exactly what we were hoping for. Communication with staff was 100% professional, friendly and ever so helpful. We hope to be able to stay again, there was so much more we wanted to see and do.

The location and condo is excellent. Colleen and Bruno are very responsive to any issues or concerns. My only issue was that the address on the app did not match the exact address of the condo. This was an issue, that should be rectified on the app, but Bruno was able to send the exact location once we arrived in Playa Del Carnen, so it all worked out fine.

Playa penthouse close to beach and shopping

Our only regret was that we only stayed one night. The pueblito penthouse condo was great with easy access to the rooftop adult infinity pool and your own smaller private pool that the whole family can enjoy. The access to the shopping and restaurants as well as the beach is easy and convenient. Property manager Bruno was responsive and friendly. We had a great stay and hope to stay longer next time! It would make a great home base for exploring the area.

Wonderful rooftop pool and location

We had a great time swimming in the private rooftop pool and the large infinity pool for adults. Both had great views. The location is perfect for strolling down Fifth Avenue for shops and restaurants.

Perfect Penthouse Stay in a Beautiful Location

My family of 6 loved our stay at the penthouse. The rooms were set up very nice and left us relaxed. The roof top pool was great for our children to take a dip in whenever they wanted or us to lay by and enjoy the sun. The location of the penthouse is perfect and so close to all the best shopping. So many great reteraunts within walking distance. It was kept very clean . WE loved every minute of our stay and look forward to returning!

Paradise in the heart of the action

My boys (23 & 20) and I stayed at this Pueblito Escondido and court t have been more happy. It is an excellent location steps from excellent dining and the Caribbean Sea. The private roof top plunge pool and community infinity pool make this destination stand out. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable, but I don't think anyone staying here will be spending much time inside. The area is vibrant and alive, but quiets down by 11pm. With the famous 5th ave a 5 minute walk up the gentle tree covered street full of restaurants, there is a party within walking distance. I would highly recommend this for your holiday destination.

4 Days at Playa De Carmen

The Condo was very nice. I stayed with two friends following our time further south at a music festival. Accommodations were just what we needed to relax and re-energize. We were close to the beach and nice restaurants. We had an opportunity to do some shopping, cook some meals in our room and use the pools and relax in the sun or stagaze. The manager was very helpful and quick to respond with our questions.

The place itself is very spacious and clean, complete with everything you will need. AC works perfect. Beds very comfy. Having your own private pool on the roofdeck along with access to adult only infinity pool overlooking the ocean is just incredible. Very safe. Great location, public beach right by the building. Close walk to the vibrant nightlife of the main streets. Grocery 7 min walk away. Will stay here longer next time.

The best location in Playa

My wife booked this stay for us last winter. We wanted ten weeks in a penthouse apartment in Pueblito Escondido. We had to settle for 5-week stays in two different apartments. This apartment was gorgeous. I had no issues with it whatsoever. The infinity pool on the roof was amazing. The property manager, Bruno, was very helpful. Calle 38 is the most beautiful street in Playa. I would be very happy to spend all of my winters here.

Perfect location. Beautiful Condo

Wow. This place is awesome. The location is literally just a quick walk away from a public beach that was peaceful, clean, and not that crowded. The roof top deck with small pool ended up being a great hang out spot for our family. In the evening we would open the large sliding doors. This allowed a cool breeze to flow through in addition to live music from a local restaurant. We had a party of six so we had to use an aero bed as additional sleeping space. Even the blow up bed was comfortable and fit into a spot under the stairs that we probably wouldn’t have used anyways. The owner went out of her way and was super helpful. We were so happy with our visit and will recommend this place to all of our friends.

Fantastic location & space for family

We really enjoyed our stay over the holidays at this unit. Location cannot be beat - steps from the beach, tons of restaurants nearby, and on beautiful tree-lined 38th Street. 5th Ave was fun to walk at night but we were super grateful to be slightly removed from the noise and crowd, especially on New Year’s Eve! The unit itself was pretty nice, especially the private rooftop pool. We used that a LOT. There are a few things that could be spruced up, particularly on the rooftop - examples: fix the broken railing surrounding the pool, provide a fresh paint job on the rusty area under the pergola, replace old/broken lounge chairs, etc. These are minor issues that did not affect our enjoyment of the place - we would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to friends. The inside was nice & comfortable - we loved the huge living room TV for NFL and bowl games. WiFi not great but we’re not in Mexico to be on our phones so not a big deal. Couple of tips - our daughter’s bedroom got really loud at times (secondary bedroom is also the entry point to the unit and you could hear music and late night revelers.) Closing the external storm shutters actually helped a lot, along with placing a towel up against the bottom of the entrance door. We also enjoyed Bric Spa next door - 60 minute massages for 55. Oxxo next door was super convenient too for water, beer, soda, etc. Full grocery store is a 5-7 minute walk. Prices were very affordable everywhere we went on/around 38th.

Not a day goes by where I wasn't wishing I was exploring Mayan ruins, sprawling out oceanside, or swimming in a cenote. We purchased the condo in 2006 and have been the only owners. Since then I have fallen in love with Playa del Carmen. I was proposed to at the top of a 137 ft pyramid here (Nohoch Mul) , married oceanside here at a beautiful marina, and now I love to come visit with my family and friends. Every time I come here I discover more and more things I love and find it harder and harder to leave.
