100% Pleased

Online pre-registration is a great feature. The condo was well-furnished and clean. The entire stay was flawless and the unit was exactly as advertised.

Enjoyed the stay

The only issue was the construction going on. Because of the construction, 2 of the 4 elevators were not working so being on the 12th floor it was an inconvenience.

Staff was wonderful but checkin should be easier than waiting in line in person for so long and the elevator wait was too much overall a wonderful stay

Condo is as advertised

Great view and convenient beach access. Property elevators are not optimal and one of four was inoperable. Condo rugs & furniture could be updated (stained/dingy). Overall was a great stay. Note: this condo is right above the kiddie pool play area so expect to hear the sounds of children while sitting on the balcony listening to the waves :) Not a big deal - just an fyi.

Wonderful view

Everything was as stated in listing, wonderful view. Quick ease of getting from hotel to Oceanside. They have a wide variety and things to do throughout the property. Bed was quite lumpy and quite a bit of light comes in the bedroom window from light outside at night. The patio furniture needs a good cleaning. If you have on light colors you will get stains from furniture. Check in process was slow and elevators stay congested.

Disapppointing

Check in was 45 minute wait after the 4pm check in time cause room was not ready. Base boards, ceiling fans and air vents dirty with dust. Bed was horribly hard and pillows, well my wife went buy two pillows so we could sleep. No one told us about $45 week parking and no smoking except in one area of parking garage roof. If you are going to beach try to stay in Florida. Prettier water and we stayed at properties with no parking charge and free chairs and umbrellas. Just a disappointing experience.

Ocean view was great!

The ocean view was beautiful, as shown on listing & kitchen was equipped adequately, along with sleeping arrangements. The cleanliness of the unit was not excellent. The fridge was not wiped down inside or outside & bathroom had urine odor. Also found food underneath the table. Overall it was a good place to stay.
