Parking Rules:
-Maximum 2-3 vehicles allowed on the property.
-One vehicle per bedroom permitted for overnight stays.
-No street parking, lawn parking, or offsite parking is allowed under any circumstances.
-Violating these rules may result in fines from the city and removal from the property immediately , which will be charged to the guest’s payment method.
This home is now child-friendly and includes a newly installed alarm system for added safety when hosting children. Please note: while children are welcome, the property is not equipped for infants and does not include baby amenities such as cribs, high chairs, or baby gates.
Trash & Recycling
• If your stay overlaps with local trash collection days, we kindly ask for your help in taking out the trash—only if you feel comfortable doing so.
If not, no worries—our team will take care of it either the day before or on collection day.

This is a smaller sized listing of our 4-bedroom unit. 3 bedrooms will be locked off. You will have access to 2 of the bedrooms. Nobody will be using the unit except for you (it is NOT shared). We created this smaller listing for smaller groups who may not need 4 bedrooms, and wish to pay a smaller cleaning fee. If you'd like to reserve the entire unit (all 4 bedrooms), please inquire for the other listing.
DUPLEX:
Please note this home is a Duplex. And there is a small 1b upstairs unit partially occupied, which will never be anyone staying that is not the owner. You may see their car parked in the driveway. There is still ample space for you to park your cars. Rest assured there will be no interruptions during your stay.
The upstairs unit may be available at certain times for an additional charge, making it a great option for larger groups. If you’re interested, feel free to inquire about availability at the time of your stay.
NO LOUD PARTIES:
Please be respectful of our neighbors! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of NO outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. NO outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Per local regulations, there is a maximum of 55 decibels during the day between 8am to 10pm. We aim for less than 35 decibels due to the quiet nature of this residential neighborhood. A meter is visible on the patio to assist guests in monitoring noise levels. Thank you in advance for understanding and being a Good Neighbor.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
FAMILY & PETS
We are family and pet friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis and pet owners must agree to our pet rules before we can approve. Please send us the breed and age for consideration. We will request a $75 cleaning & companion fee per pet. Please see our House Rules for more information.
GUESTS:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Any day guests / visitors MUST be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm.
RING SECUIRTY CAMERAS:
Please note that there are security cameras covering the front door/driveway and backyard facing the pool since the pool is not fenced. They are used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and property. Tampering with the cameras will result in a full security deposit loss.
LOUD NOISES/ MUSIC:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Tampering with the noise sensors will result in a full security deposit loss.
DEPOSIT OR WAIVER:
Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. Guests must verify themselves through TRUVI after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable $500 deposit (minus a $15 processing fee) or a non-refundable $35 damage waiver that covers any damage up to $500. Guests will be contacted directly by TRUVI via text with a URL link to start the verification process.
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. You must get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage.
