Great Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. One of the absolute highlights was the pool and tiki area. It was like having our own private resort right in the backyard! The tiki bar setup added such a fun, tropical vibe, and we spent most evenings lounging by the pool or enjoying drinks under the lights. Definitely recommend!!

AMAZING STAY! From the customer service to the location. The house had everything you could think of and even things that you may have forgotten. we had a very peaceful and enjoyable visit. The property is perfect and completely appointed with every possible thoughtful accompaniment for the stay. The pool area and yard is private, secluded, and again fully appointed the tiki hut with the television, and the fire table is magic and the swimming pool temperature and spa were delightful every day.

Great house

This house was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Fans and TVs in both bedrooms as well as in the comfortable living area. The highlight is the backyard, with a large pool, jacuzzi, grill, and Tiki hut with TV and fire pit. The property managers were very responsive before and during our stay. Deerfield Beach is a great area - a nice neighborhood with the beach close by, along with lots of dining and shopping.

The BEST vrbo ever

This place is BEAUTIFUL! they had everything you could need and so much more.. beach towels, utensils, blender, coffee, dishes, sheets, EVERYTHING. The host sharleen was so attentive and kind to us! (Even dealing with the storm) I will continue to go back here. They are great. (Would be awesome for kids too they had pack and plays, toys, etc etc).

This house was was very comfortable. It was spacious and clean. The pool and yard were great. There is even a tv in the palapa in the yard. It is really well equipped for families with small children; although we were all adults (college kids and parents!). We hardly left the house as we were so comfortable! We will definitely be renting this house again! That is how much we liked it!

Amazing Home close to everything!

We spent a week at this hidden gem. Your 8 mins away from the beach. Publix, Walgreens, target, sprouts grocery store, Starbucks, Walmart & Aldi all within a 5-10min drive. We drove to Boca raton (10mins) and hopped on the Brightline High speed train one day and went to Miami…highly recommended this vs battling traffic! We loved the amenities in this home. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, the backyard was the biggest highlight. We swam everyday, watched a couple movies under the tiki and grilled out a couple times. We will be back!

House has everything you need!

This house has everything we needed - the updated appliances, towels for the pool, kid’s plates, cups, and utensils and toys! Everything was clean and tidy. We loved the amount of fans in the house, especially during summer in FL. The neighborhood was quiet and we the house was perfectly cozy! The beds were comfy and we had a blast in the pool! They even had extra floats in their outdoor storage. There were plenty of lights to enjoy dinner in the backyard. We brought our 15 month old and we’re happy to know they had an option for a fence around the pool and a pack & play! It was the perfect vacation spot for our daughter and us! I will be renting here again if we go back to visit our grandma!

Perfect Amenities

My husband and I were chaperones for (4) 18 year olds for spring break. Location was perfect - every morning I walked to the beach (only 1 mile to beach, an easy walk), lots of restaurants very close by, lots of beach towels were provided, house was in working order - no problems, lovely decor, backyard was awesome: pool, hot tub, and a tiki hut with lights, couches, tv, fan, and table firepit - this area was the teenager hangout all week!! I even talked to the nice owner and the management company was very nice too. I especially liked the automatic front door lock - no key needed. The neighborhood was very friendly and clean. I will definitely come back to this house. Deerfield Beach was also clean and lively.

House beautiful - Too much Big Brother for me.

House pool and jacuzzi would have been wonderful if a voice didn't come saying for example "FRONT DOOR OPEN!!" everytime ANY door or window was opened. Obnoxious. The backyard has several cameras and motiion detector flood light that went on anytime you went near the jacuzzi. Very hard to relax in jacuzzi in evening because every time you moved an inch a flood light would come on over your head. If you don't mind some Big Brother vibes or if you have small children near the pool you will be thrilled with this property.

Home is in a great location, close to the beach and great restaurants. Highly recommend Pops fish market!!! Amazing!The home itself is nice. Before I booked, I asked about the pool being heated and the if the hot tub was working. I was assured of both. Once we arrived we found out the pool was not heated from May 1st on thru the summer. We arrived April 29th. I understand the pool warms up during the summer month, but at this point it was still cool.. So that was disappointing.We also found out upon arrival that the hot tub is an extra 25 per day. This is not in the listing, which is somewhat shady. Apparently it’s in the contract, which I did not get until arrival. One of the reasons we booked the home was for the hot tub.so I agreed to the extra 100. Unfortunately there were several issue with the hot tub, it never got warmer than the pool. It is all controlled by the owner remotely. So after many messages back and forth with the rental agency, I said if we’re not able to enjoy the hot tub, please refund the 100, which they did. My biggest frustration is be up front and clear about additional pricing and when asked a specific question answer with all information. I will say the rental company was always quick to respond.

To clarify, the pool heating system is set to remain under 87°F to protect the equipment, especially as we move into warmer months. Given the exceptionally hot start to summer this year, pool heating hasn’t typically been needed. Regarding the hot tub, the daily fee helps cover the cost of additional utilities and system operation. While this is noted in the rental agreement, we understand it wasn’t as clear in the listing, and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. As you mentioned, we refunded the hot tub fee as a courtesy given your experience, and we always strive to address any issues as quickly as possible—thank you for recognizing our responsiveness. We truly value your feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue to improve our guest communication. This home remains one of our most popular rentals, and many guests enjoy the resort-style backyard and amenities. We hope to welcome you back again in the future for an even better stay.
