Good property but needs some surface work

10th floor on far right side of the building very nice balcony, seating for 7 w/ short chairs with 1 lounger they are comfy enough, you are left looking through the railing instead of looking over it. 2 nice bedrooms, with TVs, closets and dressers. Plenty of pillows but 2 extra blankets are thin. Couch was fairly comfy and a cute recliner that my hubby said was comfy enough to sleep in. Kitchen was fully stocked including coffee maker and blender. Icemaker in fridge is slow buy a small bag of ice on your way in. 2 Elevators are pretty quick, they also have push carts to bring your luggage into the condo. the walls are pretty much sound proof. And if the balcony doors are shut you won’t hear anything from outside. The only downside was the cleanliness and a couple of annoying things like odd splotches on the bath walls and something red behind the door on the hinge, and random hairs on the walls above the shower. Maybe take your own cleaning supplies to wipe everything down. The towel rack is rusted at the bottom and needs replaced. The people above us continuously wrung out their wet clothes onto our balcony. Which got the table wet everytime. The washing machine seems to work well but the dryer does not. We tried every setting and it took well over 2 hours to get a small load dried. My biggest complaint is that we had to drive 15 minutes out of our way to pick up keys and another 15 to drop them off. Doesn’t seem like a big deal until you are on vacation stuck in traffi

Very Nice

The property was well maintained and a good location. There was a few minutes with no water pressure but that was a building issue that was very quickly fixed. The only thing missing was the dish that goes in the microwave and spins. The balcony furniture could use an upgrade, but again the place was nice, clean and well maintained. I would stay there again. It was just enough for my family if 4.

Fantastic view of the gulf

We spent a month in this condo right on Orange Beach. The size of the building was good. The pool was nice and warm. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The unit was a good size and had all the amenities. The elevators were quick. Our only critique would be that the management company communications were confusing. Also it was a 15 minute drive past the condo to get and return the keys.

Nice balcony! Not much sleep. :(

My daughters and grandchildren enjoyed the beach and the pool! As for the condo, we wouldn’t return to this unit. It was hard to get a good night’s sleep. The master bedroom king size mattress was as hard as sleeping on the floor. When the a/c unit kicks on, it’s really loud. Be sure to ask about construction! We tried to put the toddler down for a nap, but there were jackhammer sounds during the day. There was only one operable elevator which caused us to spend a great deal of time trying to get to and from the condo. I will say that the gulf front balcony was spacious and was definitely a plus!

Great stay

The room and property manager were great. Some trash left under beds and couches, but nothing major. Security was a joke..never once did he do anything about the loud music above our room, they didn't do anything about the room above pouring water off their balcony, all over us. No security check in as you enter the property. Slow elevators. Kids smoking cigars in the elevator. All in all, nice room, location, pool, but security is a joke and doesn't enforce rules.

Wonderful family vacation!

The unit was clean and welcoming plus the view from the 10th floor was spectacular! The condominium had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom. Since we had 5 adults with our group, the king size bed in the Master, the queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom plus the queen size sleeper sofa worked out especially great for us. The resort amenities were very nice. The elevators were relatively quick. It was just a short boardwalk to the beach which had rental chairs and umbrellas available. The pool was large, cool and crystal clear. Lovely end to a day spent on the sand. We loved the unit and area so much we hope to plan a future stay. Thank you so much!!

Beachside Balcony..What A Reset!

Thank you so much for offering your condo during reopening AL We needed this reset so badly. Normally FL beach people, we found OB to be very welcoming and lovely. Wish there was no smoking on beach. Beach service co. was excellent. Not 5 stars due to substance floating in pool last day and no # at pool to call to clean it. Some of the fixtures and appliances need an update and the beds are a little firm for my taste. Other than that...perfect.

Beautiful and convenient

Very pleased with this beautiful 2BR/2BA condo. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the bedrooms were very roomy. We enjoyed great views from the balcony and the elevator was really fast. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We will consider renting this unit again.

Great condo; great location; great ocean view

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo has been very nicely updated and decorated and furnished with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. Nothing has been overlooked. We had no problems while we were there. Would definitely stay here again.
