mind! The cozy homes sit on wonderfully wooded lots that make you feel like you
are at a retreat in the lake community. Dee Dee built these homes so that her
three kids and grandkids can use them when our valued guests are not staying
here. Crystal will make sure that you are well taken care of when you are here and
she and Dee Dee will make sure your stay is excellent! Our cozy homes are located
in Linn Valley Lakes, offering the serenity of a retreat and the activities of a lake
community. Feel free to use the many amenities such as swimming, fishing, golf,
miniature golf, Frisby golf and others while you are here. Our goal is for you to feel at home and enjoy the lake community and cozy retreat homes.

bath, fully equipped kitchen, living area and outdoor deck that enables
you to enjoy the wooded retreat. The bottom floor has another living area
with a trundle bed, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and workstation and
leads out to a patio that covers the full back of the house. All of this is
packed into a wonderful retreat home. I fell in love with the lots that the
houses sit on! I knew that I’d need to build small, relaxing and efficient
houses on them so that my kids could come stay and we could be
together. I live in the community and know how much it has to offer and
enjoy the proximity to the Kansas City area.
