Neue 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Port A, hinter Tarpon. Garagenwohnung stellt 3/3 zur Verfügung

Eine neue große hintere Terrasse mit Fernseher und Bar wurde erst 2018 hinzugefügt. Kann ein 3 Bett und 3 Bad sein, wenn Bungalow auch gemietet wird. Dieses komplett eingerichtete Haus wurde im Jahr 2017 komplett restauriert und ist eines der ursprünglichen Häuser in Port Aransas. Das Haus bietet jetzt moderne Annehmlichkeiten, hohe Decken und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Dieses Haus ist ebenerdig mit nur zwei Schritten zum Eingang mit einem schönen nach Norden ausgerichteten Veranda mit Deckenventilatoren gebaut. Eine zusätzliche private Veranda und eine weitere große Party-Veranda mit Bar befinden sich am südlichen Ende des Hauses, um die vorherrschenden Winde auszunutzen. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit zusätzlichen Ausziehbetten für drei Personen. Es gibt eine Außendusche und einen großen Garten.

Dieses Haus wird normalerweise von der Familie und Freunden des Eigentümers reserviert, aber zeitweise für Gästegruppen von bis zu acht Personen zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenn Sie eine Mischung aus ruhigem und einfachem Zugang suchen, ist dieses Haus eine 9,9 auf der Gehfähigkeitsskala.

We can’t say enough, good things about this vacation, rental mini compound and Host Mike. Mike gave great recommendations for local island favorites. The main house and mini house had everything that you need for a great beach vacation rain or shine. The covered gathering area between the two houses is a great place to gather and enjoy each other’s company. We love the proximity to the ship channel so we can go and watch the big ships come into work in the morning at the Dolphins chasing along looking for a bite to eat. Lots of fun stuff to do within walking distance, including a great ice cream, quarter just up the street on the main road and great local coffee, not too far from there. The air-conditioning worked great and there were very few steps so was easy for everybody to get around. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare every meal on site. Fully stocked with beach towels, tons of bathroom towels, and kitchen towels, toilet paper and paper towels. This place, definitely lived up to all the great reviews that I read before visiting.

Our getaway

Our stay was wonderful , the weather played tricks but didn't interfere just made it interesting. The area is quiet and away from traffic yet accessible to everything. The home itself was beautifully decorated, lots of room both inside and outside for entertaining. We enjoyed every minute spent there and hope to be able to return and enjoy it again. Wonderful Weekend

Truly enjoyed this property. We had the main house to ourselves while our sons were staying at the detached cottage. Both buildings were spotless and nicely decorated. Lots of personal touches. You can tell that owners use the property as well. If we go back to Port A , we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families or group of friends.

Great find

We loved our stay. We traveled with grandparents so the minimal stairs for entrance was great and a hard to find feature in the area. The large fenced backyard is a plus for dogs. The location was excellent and the house was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. They even had extra beach towels and chairs. I wasn’t provided with a passcode for entry ahead of time but their response was quick and didn’t delay us gaining entry. We will definitely book again if it’s available when we return next summer.

Everything was perfect! Stayed with my 4 adult children 12yo and husband for a vacation. They got the big house and we relaxed peacefully in the cottage. Spent so much time hanging out in the community area outside. My Yorkie Penny loved the backyard. It was clean and nothing for her to get into. We didn't need anything while we were there, besidesour own food and snacks. Had plenty of extra bug spray, toiletries, whateverlittle things you vould think of you might have forgot at home. Perfect spot on the island to access whatever you need while visiting but still quiet and private. Thank you for everything!

Perfect month get away!

When we were looking for a place to rent for a month we wanted somewhere that would be comfortable for us and our family/friends that would be coming to visit. This place was perfect! Everyone who came to stay with us or Island friends who popped by for drinks on the Patio loved it as much as we did. The home/cottage were both clean, neat and well maintained. Mike/Debbie and Tom are wonderful to rent from as well. They checked on us several times to ensure our visit was going well and always responded quickly when we’d send a text with a question. The kitchen is well appointed with many staples needed to cook your fresh Seafood. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked. The Patio is it’s own vacation get away with a Bar, TV and Smoker/Grill. Many hours were spent out there relaxing reading, listening to music and enjoying a cold beverage while grilling. Majority of the restaurants on the island are within walking distance of the house and the beach is so close you can hear the waves crashing on the shore. Perfect home, perfect location, wonderful host. Thank you for sharing your lovely slice of paradise with us!

Great place to stay in. We traveled with another couple. Our friends had the house. We stayed in the adjacent garage apartment which was also spacious and very comfortable. Everything we wanted to do was closeby - beach (short drive), shopping, eating. We particularly enjoyed the bird sanctuary and fishing on the pier at night. The rental is located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. House decor is tasteful. Perfect.

Great place to stay!

This place is great, it’s located in such a perfect area. Close to the beach and shops. It’s extremely clean and has everything you need, even down to the beach towels, which thank goodness because we forgot ours. It’s a nice quiet street. Our little Lucy even barked at a couple neighbors, she’s not use to the quiet where we live. Lol I loved the neighborhood, we got our run in every morning. The little house next door, it gave our son and his wife their privacy. Mike’s place will not disappoint for sure. We truly liked and enjoyed the property. Plenty of room, especially with the garage being converted into a studio like space. simply the best

I almost don't want to review because I want to keep this gem a secret! Easiest rental process ever. SPoke with one owner on the phone a couple times and met the other owner in person on our last day. They were very accommodating (pun intended). This property was perfect for our trip - beautiful house, great location for what we like, and that patio. Oh my, we did NOT want to go home on Saturday! We will definitely be back for another stay.
