Great place

Enjoyed the unit. Being a corner unit provided a side window in the living room, that was a bonus. Nice view of the beach from the 3rd floor.

Last Minute Vacay

We had the best time soaking up the sun in Gulf Shores for our last Summer vacation of 2023. The Phoenix All Suites West room 306 was just right for my little family and we were comfortable through our stay. We always book with Brett/Robinson, have for years! Until next time…..

Great place with an excellent view

Perfect location- right on the corner with a great view. They let us check in early but we had a hiccup- the door code they gave us wouldn’t work (neither did the next 10 codes they gave us). HOWEVER- they quickly worked with us and finally were able to get us in the room… still way before normal check in time. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The hair dryer broke in the bathroom but they let us borrow another one and then continued to go out of their way to make sure we had a great stay and weren’t negatively impacted. We’d stay here again!

We were satisfied!

My family- husband, myself and our 4 kids (ages 15, 12, & 5yr old twins) stayed here & the place fit us good! Pros: comfortable size space, on the beach with great view, great location, clean rooms & nice employment! Cons: only one shower, small/narrow pool and thin bedding. Our daughter slipped at the pool and had to take her to the ER to get stitches. The security & front desk employee were both concerned about her and offered any assistance necessary. They even touched base with us when we returned from the hospital. I thought that was very thoughtful! Overall, we would definitely stay here again! It was a great couple of days!

Horrible

Check in would have been nice and easy but after arriving to ask the front desk a few questions the gentlemen at the front desk was rude as hell. Proceeded to the room which was run down. Checked bedding for bed bugs and rest is history. The gentlemen at the front desk got much nicer to speak with after I let him know I wanted to speak to the manager regarding bed bugs and that we would not be staying. I will say the manager was nice and easy to work with; however the place was run down and not worth the value. We ended up down the street in a hotel for a week. Very frustrating after driving 13 hours.

Not the best, but not absolutely terrible

We stayed here at the Phoenix hotel all suites west, room 306 May 31st-June 2nd. Our trip wasn’t the best, but wasn’t just absolutely terrible either. Over all for the price, the stay wasn’t bad. I expected it wouldn’t be top notch like a regular condo with the price, but we wanted something more affordable as it was a quick two day trip. We did the online check in a day before arrival to expedite the check in process. The rules were kind of confusing as it stated on the website that between the dates, May 14th-Sept check in was 5pm not 4pm and check out was 11am not 10am. Well, we arrived May 31st at 1030am knowing check in technically wasn’t until 5pm, we wanted to still let them know we had arrived and if our room does happen to become available before that time can they please let us know. Not a big deal if it doesn’t as we had plans for the day. The front desk worker, Kayla, said she would go ahead and give us our parking pass so we could park without any issues and that she would text or call us if the room became available. She also said she didn’t know exactly how we would be getting into our room. If it was a code or key etc. That she would let us know that later as well. Front desk worker (unknown name) called us at 4:12pm saying our room was ready. I advised her that we did not have any paperwork other than our parking pass and we do not know what room we are in nor how to access the room. She said okay and sent me a text message with the door code. To be continued

The property was nice.

If you stay there more than a day they don't come around until later in the day to refresh your room. The signs say between 9am-3pm it was always after 3pm. So, if you were to go somewhere and needed a towel you would have to go down and get them but, they didn't like that much. On a good note most of the staff was nice except for a few.

Ideal location and great staff.

I was quite satisfied and feel I got my moneys worth.

The small size was not a problem as all the amenities were there and nicely arranged. All furniture was comfortable and the deck furniture made viewing the stunning view even better. The 3rd floor location made the elevator rides shorter. We felt quite lucky that we found this unit open over the 4th of July half expecting there to be something wrong, but there wasn't. So we were very satisfied and will check availability again if we need just one bedroom on a future visit!
