CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:



Project update as of January 30, 2026: We are thrilled to report that the Bristol project is nearing completion.



• Currently, work is focused on finishing the east side of the North Lobbies.



• Demobilization has also begun, and we are currently compiling a punch list of remaining items.



• Punch list items are currently being addressed.



Beach Club B-1208 is a three-bedroom, three-bath Gulf-front condominium located on the 12th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room, primary bedroom, and third bedroom.



• Brand-new wood flooring is throughout the unit.



• Fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, everything needed in your home away from home. The dining table seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• Washer and dryer are located inside the unit.



• Living area has a sofa sleeper.



• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed.



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• Third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.



Clubhouse Amenities (Optional):



• Beach-front community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids’ entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional service fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service.



• Guests may enjoy the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks without purchasing clubhouse access.



Clubhouse fee: $55/day/unit (up to $301 for seven days) — payable directly to the Beach Club. Monthly reservations are $100/month per couple.



Additional Features & Rules:



• Keyless entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out.



• Parking passes $42 each, plus tax. Two passes are automatically applied. Visitor passes $7/day. Notify the office if additional passes are needed. Registration is required for each vehicle.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.
