No laundry in condo was a hassle. Not telling us that mail forwarded to the address of our condo would be sent back and not telling us up front that we need to have mail sent to a different address. This caused several issues.

Great stay!

We had a great time aside from an emergency room visit...no fault of the Phoenix...for severe sunburn. The only complaints that I might have is that the tv in the living room did not work in room 1505, the online pictures definitely make the place look bigger than it is and the bathrooms are super teeny and bathtub was old. I’m a hotel snob though so that might not make a difference to anyone else. The king bed is so super comfy! Overall we had a nice stay!
