Terrible host communication. Never received check in instructions so I had to call the resort’s direct phone number in order to check in. Even after I checked out the host sent a message to give the verification process 24 more hours to complete. I messaged the host “Seriously I’ve already left”.

The beach view was great. The room was decent, the television didn't work 2 different repair guys came and spent a total of more than an hour and couldn't get it to work. I guess it was ok, we were gone during the day just couldn't watch television in the bedroom at night. It was clean. At check in the office was locked because they had no one to work the office and someone was supposedly on their way but security and the maintenance guy didn't know when they would be there so we had to keep checking because he said we needed a parking pass before 11pm. It wasn't our fault no one was working the office. We asked about coming by first thing in the morning, he said just try back this evening before 11pm and we were tired from a long drive, it was horrible checking in. The pool was small and was always full to the rim with guests, so we never got to use that. Not the best stay but it wasn't the worst. The staff was nice about everything, no one was rude.

Thank you for staying with us and for your honest feedback. We are truly sorry the bedroom television could not be fixed despite two repair visits, and that no one was in the office when you arrived after a long drive. That is not the welcome you deserved. We have shared both with our management and property teams. We are glad you enjoyed the view and that our staff was kind, and we hope to welcome you back. Brett-Robinson Vacation Rentals
