Summer Vacation

Great place, clean and well stocked with kitchen needs. We have stayed in another Condo on the property but this one best suited us. Great view. Comfortable beds. Will hopefully be staying there again next year with our Grandsons. Check in was fast and easy and the staff was great .

Pretty okay

We could have done without the bathroom rugs, which didn’t appear to have been laundered recently, as well as “dingy” throw rugs throughout, even on carpeted areas. It made us doubt the cleanliness of blankets and throw pillows. Some updating of worn furniture and surroundings might be a nice future project.

Nice beach getaway

Condo is in good location with individual covered parking place for two vehicles. Updated bathrooms and some fresh paint around, recently replaced carpet. Kitchen is small, but contains full-sized refrigerator, stove, and countertop microwave. Overall space is fine for single family. One bedroom is cramped with queen bed and bunk beds. King bed is in master. Residents and guests were only heard once or twice during peak day times at the pool. Quiet curfew was observed. The well-lit courtyard also lit the master bedroom at night so that no flashlight is required. If you like it dark to sleep, you will need a sleeping mask. White curtains did little to help cut the light. Also, the configuration of the complex tends to allow sounds from the road onto the backside. This condo has many scattered items of decor, that while giving a beach vibe also tended to hamper places to set your own articles/toiletries /etc (although there is a storage rack on the back of bathroom doors that were great for storage). Scatter rugs in master bath were easy to trip on, plus both appeared to have permanent soil. Curtain panels in family room had rust stains. After receiving notice of payment, I never received another email answering a question. Take 800 numbers and especially the local property management phone number to receive information of how to get keys. Although website showed one set of business hours (which we were well within), we called and learned that the office was closing much earlier. We coordinated and were met at what appeared to be an alternate office location, which had someone there when we arrived. A key code box would have been a great addition and avoided the stress and question of handing off keys.

The unit had a moldy smell throughout. It was not comfortable for elderly, to many stairs.

Bret Robinson, was not upfront when emailing him. He should have known the property, when I asked if bedrooms were on another lever, his answer was it should tell you, then said it doesn't say. Not a good place to stay with elderly people with knew and back issues.

Good and bad

Great view. Some furniture was rough. Couldn’t figure out the TV and property managers were not helpful and some were rather rude. Near the beach and quiet.

Nice place. Have stayed in many of the units at Gulfside

This is a great location and complex. Unit is nice, pool is clean and the beach is right there. The garbage disposal did not work, the left rear burner on the stove didn’t work either. And we could never get the tv in the living room to work. Overall it was a fabulous week!

Beach Getaway

This is a fantastic property literally steps away from the Gulf. It was perfect for our family of 4 - king bed in the master suite, three beds in the "kids room". Great view of the gulf and the property swimming pool. Quiet, clean, and comfortable with reserved parking. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!

Gulfside Townhomes G20

My 3 kids (ages 13, 15 and 19) and myself checked in on Sunday and out on Wednesday. We absolutely LOVED this townhome. It literally has everything you could want or need. It was perfect. The check in and out process was smooth and easy. The home itself was clean and the only issue which wasn't really an issue but the sleeper part of the sofa wouldn't pull out. We reported it and was fixed immediately. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the waves/ocean looking out at the ocean. The pool was clean however, too cold for me but the kids loved it. This was our first time staying here but will definitely be back!
