We were off the aee the wizard!

We went on a girls trip and stayed for the weekend commumication was great and check in was super easy. The location was perfect. Beds were super comfy and plenty of room for our party of 7. We will be back next year.

Beautiful view!

The accommodations were clean and nice. It snowed while we were there so we enjoyed the views and seeing deer in the neighborhood. Since the lower/drop off road was blocked off, loading and unloading from the parking lot was challenging. It was a long walk up and down icy stairs.

Beautiful mountain peak views

The condo is charming. Amazing views of the distant mountains and peaks. Unfortunately for us, the neighbors above is started doing construction work at 5:43am on Friday and Saturday morning. Beds were comfortable. Space in the living room was nice however a little tight in the kitchen and second bedroom. Just an FYI...you have to walk up and down several steps to get to the apartment.

Great Location. Excellent Host

We came to Beech for a quick getaway before xmas. Our host was very thorough with necessary information and quick to help and respond when needed. The condo itself was fantastic. The cleaning crew did everything right as the place was immaculate upon arrival. Very roomy and comfortable. The sauna was a huge hit after a long day on the mountain. The downstairs room was great for my teen daughter to have her own private space and the upstairs rooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable. The only issue (if you can even call it that) was the couch in the living room. The concept of the built in was great, but the cushions kept coming off every time anyone moved on the couch. We were constantly standing up to fix them, but nothing a little grip tape can't fix. Also the place could use more towels if the host advertises providing them. We can bring our own next time, but it said provided and we were 7 people with 6 towels. Again.... Not a deal breaker just be mindful if booking with a bigger party. We have truly no complaints and will be booking this exact facility again soon!

Family Ski Vacation

The location was perfect and we enjoyed many aspects of this property which is why we were wiling to pay a premium for our stay. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness of the unit which was extremely lacking. As a guest there are a number of standard expectations: clean sheets washed after the prior guests, clean dishes, and clean bathrooms. Although we paid a cleaning fee for the next guest to experience a clean unit, we did not have that experience. Instead, we had to wash all the sheets because they were stained and covered in the prior guests’ hair. We had to wash all the dishes, pots/pans, utensils because they were visibly dirty. And the bathroom toilets were dirty and showers had tile with mold/mildew. When we complained to the property we were questioned and there was doubt about our claims legitimacy. We gave them more than ample opportunity to respond to our complaints but communication went dark. I would never stay at this property or any managed by the same group.

Hi Brenda, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to clarify the following: - On the day of your arrival, we reached out to you via text to inquire about your experience with our place, particularly regarding cleanliness and comfort as we do with all of our guests. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any response. Surprisingly, the next day, we received photos of the primary bedroom in disarray, indicating that the protective cover had been removed from the mattress. One of the photos included a close-up of a single hair on an item, making it difficult to discern its origin or location.- In response, we informed you that we shared the photos and comments with our cleaning team. After reviewing the images and comments, they confirmed that they cleaned the property thoroughly, meeting our high standards. Our records show they spent two hours on-site, the usual time it takes to prepare the condo. We only work with professional cleaners recommended by Evolve, and they consistently do a meticulous job getting the property ready for guests. - Guests are responsible for loading and running the dishwasher as part of our checkout process and house rules. Our cleaners handle unloading the dishes. If the dishwasher isn't loaded or dishes appear dirty, our cleaning crew takes the time to clean and put them away, invoicing us for an additional amount. It's worth noting that we didn't receive an invoice for extra dish cleaning from the previous guests, indicating that the cleaning team found the dishes to be clean when they put them away.- The bathrooms received a thorough cleaning, including a deep clean with a focus on scrubbing the grout in the showers, just two weeks before your stay. This process effectively eliminates dirt and mildew that might accumulate in those spaces.- We sincerely apologize that our communication and response times impacted your stay.We take our guest experience seriously and strive to provide an enjoyable stay for each guest.

Beautiful view but disappointing experience

This condo does have a spacious living room and astounding views from it. Unfortunately the fireplace didn’t work (which was a high priority for us) and a window shade in the bedroom wouldn’t close (so we were unfortunately up with the sunrise). There were dirty towels and wash cloths still hanging on the wall hooks in one bathroom and a towel bar that had been ripped from the wall on one side but was just left hanging there from the prior guests. I notified the owner of all issues immediately and he acknowledged he was aware of a few of them but made no offer to fix ANY of them during our stay ... or to discount anything afterward to compensate (as I write this 2 weeks post-stay). Finding the condo is also somewhat tricky. Google maps does NOT bring you to the right location and since we arrived at night (during a rain storm) it was very hard to locate. Some detailed directions in the check in instructions sent beforehand would’ve been really helpful. Short of that, I’d just suggest you plan to arrive during daylight hours, look at the pics of the exterior online and give yourself a little time to locate. Also be prepared for several flight of very steep stairs to get to the unit (makes hauling suitcases extremely difficult). The owner also has a looong list of infractions that he will fine you for (not using coasters for example) and “to do’s” for check out. Mostly standard stuff (start dishwasher and strip beds) but he also requires you to turn gas off upstairs and down, do a full load of sheets (wash and dry) and start a 2nd load before you leave. Seemed a lot to ask of guests that already paid a cleaning fee and have to be packed and out of the unit by 10am. I really hate to leave a negative review but also think it’s important to leave honest feedback so that other guests can plan accordingly.

Comfortable 3 beds, 3 baths with privacy for all Tiny kitchen! One person at a time in here! Lots and lots of steps to get to the property. This was not mentioned in the description. Walkway and front stoop littered with debris and leaves when we arrived, and found big cockroach in the shower. However property manager addressed these immediately. Overall I'd rate it a 5 or 6 out of 10 but about what you'd expect for the price. Still would have liked a warning about the steps and tiny kitchen.

This listing did NOT disclose that major construction was occurring on the property that basically ruined our stay. In addition, the unit is in need of significant refurbishment and cleaning. It should NOT be rented in its current condition and with the construction ongoing. The local property manager and construction crew both informed us that the property owner knew about the construction, and yet he continued to list the property.

Great Family Trip!!

Close to Beach Mountain, we loved the condo. It had so much space. We didn't even use all the space downstairs. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location

This was Our first time in the mountains. This is an excellent location. The condo is clean and has warm and cozy atmosphere. Our family of 6 was very comfortable. Don was very responsive to all our needs. Will definitely go back. Had a great weekend.

Great location and outstanding view from this condo. Beds comfortable and overall nicely done place. Only negative was kitchen was very small and bring your own non stick pan for eggs. Be ready to walk some stairs to and from parking area FYI

Best Christmas Family Vacation!!!!
