The primary suite boasts a king bed, double vanity, and an oversized walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom also includes a spacious walk-in shower. Plus, with a tankless water heater, everyone can enjoy long, hot showers.

During warmer months, take a short drive (or walk the slopes) to Sugar Mountain Golf Club for a round of golf or a tennis match, then unwind at their on-site restaurant. The slopes are dog friendly during the summer so feel free to hike up the mountain with your dog. One of the few properties on the mountain with central air, you’ll stay cool even on the hottest summer days.

• Access: There is a lockbox at the property with a numeric code.

• Weather: No refunds will be provided for weather events, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to ensure coverage in such situations.

REMINDER:

• NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. We charge $1000 fine.

• For safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we have a strict maximum capacity of 6 guests, including all adults, children, and infants. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate any additional guests beyond this limit.

• While we inspect all amenities before every check-in, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. In the event something isn't working correctly, we will make every effort for maintenance to remedy.

• Please note that we do not provide rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of VRBO's extenuating circumstances policy. To safeguard your funds in case of unforeseen cancellations, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance is affordable and offers excellent protection. We understand that last-minute cancellations without travel insurance can be challenging, but we are obligated to uphold our owners' cancellation policies to support their primary sources of income and sustain their properties. We kindly request responsible booking and greatly appreciate your understanding.
