Guests have access to the entire property (shown on the listing )except garage, and area that has no access sign on, which are mostly personal storage or machine rooms.
Other things to note
There are outside cameras overlook surroundings of the property, which is required by insurance company. TVs work in the main living room, kitchen area, master bedroom and cinema. The basement sound system and dance lighting system are not in use. Pool opens in May, winterized at the end of Sep. Pool heating is scheduled to run from 9am-6pm targeting a temperature of 80 degree. When the highest air temperature is above 85 degree each day during guests stay, pool heater won’t be running. Pool waterfall is scheduled to run for 10 minutes at noon only. The small waterfalls at the pond run 24/7. The other 3 water falls at the pond run 4-6hrs alternatively every day. Indoor fireplaces are for decoration only. Guests bring burning wood for outdoor fire pit.
