Guests have full use of the property- Please note that due to longer periods of vacancy and safety we do have 2 cameras on the exterior- One ring style at the front door and one on the exterior facing the dock and boat lift.

We are close by but like to preserve your privacy.

Car required. Good for biking if you wish to bring.

We are on a canal so if children or non swimmers are part of the party- they must be watched and not left alone near water. The State of Florida is home to wildlife including snakes and gators. although rare we cannot guarantee there during your stay. Please use caution and do not engage with them if they become present

Welcome to Dockside Dreams! We hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. To ensure the best experience for all guests and to maintain our beautiful home, please follow these house rules:

✔️ Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings – This is a quiet residential area
✔️ No smoking inside the home or on the screened-in porch
✔️ No pets allowed – We maintain an allergen-free environment
✔️ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (please respect our neighbors)

🚗 Parking & Property Use
✔️ Parking is limited to 2 vehicles (carport & driveway – no street parking)
✔️ Use of dock is permitted – Enjoy the views, but please be cautious and responsible
✔️ No swimming in the canal for safety reasons
No FireArms allowed
Municipal codes and being a good neighbor is always required

🍳 Kitchen & Home Care
✔️ Fully equipped kitchen – Please clean up after use
✔️ Dispose of trash properly in designated bins
✔️ Do not flush anything other than toilet paper – Avoid plumbing issues

🛠️ Check-Out Instructions
✔️ Return all furniture and décor to its original place
✔️ Wash & put away dishes or load the dishwasher
✔️ Take out the trash before departure
✔️ Lock all doors and windows
