Driveway can easily fit up to 3 fishing rigs with outdoor electric. Closest house to the public boat ramp and a fish cleaning station. 1.2 miles away from main strip for your night life . Must take a boat or airplane to get to island.

Worthy Mentioning
1.) This home will be stocked with a very limited starter set of paper products and soap. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
2.) Only flameless candles can be used on the property.
3.) Must Keep all entrances/ exit doors closed at all times. It can potentially damage the AC otherwise.
4.) Guests will be provided with 16 bath towels, 3 pillows, sheet, and blanket for each bed, the sofa sleeper sheets will be in the living room closet. Extra bedding is not provided.
5.) We do not allow for the use of our washer and dryer.
6.) There is an apartment building on the property that could be rented out at the same time as your house. Apartment is not connected to the house. The yard, driveway, and patio are shared space.
7.) No smoking in the house of any kind in the house/apartment
8.) We cannot control the mayflies and other seasonal bugs.
9.) Do not but tape on our walls.
10.) This is an island, the internet is not strong here and will go in and out.
11.) Please plan your travel to the island. You can only access the island by boat or airplane. There is NO road, tunnel, or bridge to access the island.
