Designed with both comfort and adventure in mind, this spacious 5-bedroom retreat is ideal for families, boaters, and groups looking to soak up the very best of the Florida Keys.



One of the home’s standout features is its deep-water, protected marina dockage, located just steps from your front porch. Offering space for up to a 40’ vessel with a 15’ draft, this secure setting is perfect for serious boaters and water lovers alike—giving you peace of mind along with direct Gulf access.

This luxury home features five bedrooms and four full bathrooms (including one with a bathtub):

– Primary King Suite

– Junior King Suite

– One King Bedrooms (on first living level)

– One bedroom with two Queen beds

– One additional Queen Bedroom





**Location**

Ideally situated in central Marathon, Keys Launchpad is within walking distance of top dining spots, Marathon Community Park, and a variety of local activities. It's also a short drive to Sombrero Beach, Bahia Honda State Park, Islamorada, and even Key West—giving you endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation.



**Booking Policies**



**Dog Policy:**

One well-behaved dog under 50 lbs is welcome with a non-refundable \$250 pet fee. Larger non-shedding breeds may be considered with prior approval. The Florida Keys offer several dog-friendly spots including Coco Plum Beach, the Marathon Dog Park, and The Dolphin Research Center. If you are not traveling with a pet, just let us know and we’ll adjust the total accordingly.



**Minimum Stay:**

A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulation. Maximum occupancy is determined by the City of Marathon and includes all adults, children, and infants.



**Cancellation Policy:**

We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival, a full refund will be issued minus administrative and processing fees. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are only refundable if we are able to rebook the dates.



**Contract:**

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a digital contract via Adobe E-Sign for review and signature.



**Payment Options:**

Credit card processing fees are included in your total by default. Guests may choose to pay via check or EFT (bank transfer) to waive those fees.

– Visa, MasterCard, Discover: 3.5% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

– American Express: Additional 0.99% fee
