Located in Chicago’s Tri-Taylor neighborhood-at the heart of Illinois Medical District and just steps to Little Italy…exceptional dining and specialty treats just around the corner. The building is a quaint brick Cottage Style home with 8-12 steps to the entry door. Your first floor duplex up is the main entry door to the home. Directly behind the door is a coat closet with two umbrellas, an iron and ironing board.
The home opens to a cozy living room are with couch seating for 6-8 and a “ Smart TV with all your favorite streaming Apps at your fingertipstips. To the left, a full bath with shower set with your towels, soaps and additional amenities to make your stay carefree. Just on the other side is the first Queen bedroom with cozy comforter and linens, four pillows, hangers, night stand. An open concept kitchen, with counter seating for two overlooks the Dining Area set for six. Here you will find all your basic cooking essentials. The kitchen exits to the private back hallway-upstairs to the second floor duplex bedroom/bath and downstairs to the back yard green space and private gated parking area.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a fun Twin Bunk Room with new bedding, 2 pillows each bed a closet and hangers.
At the top of the back private hallway is a washer and dryer for your use along with detergent.
Just beyond, you will find a large Queen bedroom with a designated work area, an additional intimate entertainment area, “ Smart TV, fold down futon sleeping couch and en-suite Full Bathroom with shower.
The second full bathroom fully stocked with bathroom amenities.
