No loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior is permitted at any time. Guests must respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment throughout their stay.



3. Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarette use are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines of up to $500.



4. Visitors Policy

All visitors must be approved in advance. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight unless they are included in the reservation.



5. Occupancy Limit

Only the number of guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.



6. Damages & Missing Items

Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items, including (but not limited to) stained towels or linens. Charges will also apply for each lost, missing, or damaged remote.



7. Trash & Recycling

Very strict policies, please follow all instructions carefully. Trash pickup is every Wednesday. Please ensure all trash bags are placed in the trash cans before your departure.. Do not leave trash in unauthorized areas. Failure to follow house or city guidelines may result in additional fees.



8. Liability Disclaimer

The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or death that may occur during your stay. The Host is also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By booking, guests assume all risks associated with their stay.
