5 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer in einem geteilten Grundriss sind perfekt für eine Familie mit 12 Personen oder enge Freunde. Die übergroße Küche wird jeden Koch beeindrucken und bietet Sitzgelegenheiten in der Frühstücksbar. Das offene Wohnzimmer bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und einen großen Flachbildfernseher sowie einen Essbereich für 10 Personen. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich in einem separaten Raum neben der Küche. Highspeed-WLAN ist im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Es gibt zwei Hauptschlafzimmer und beide haben Kingsize-Betten und angeschlossene Hauptbäder; Einer öffnet sich zum Poolbereich im Hinterhof, der zweite bietet mehr Privatsphäre und Zugang zum Poolbereich. Das dritte und vierte Schlafzimmer haben jeweils Queensize-Betten und das fünfte Schlafzimmer hat 2 volle Betten.

Der Hinterhof bietet Komfort und Annehmlichkeiten zu einem Ziel Resort Standard. Stattliche Palmen, üppige Landschaften mit einer Vielzahl von Bäumen und Pflanzen schaffen ein authentisches tropisches Gartengefühl mit optimaler Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist beheizt und verfügt über ausreichend Liegestühle und Platz zum Sonnenbaden. Es gibt auch einen Esstisch und einen Grillbereich sowie einen großen Flachbildfernseher.

Everything was great. Only minor complaint would be that the pool heater was not running when we arrived, which caused the temperature to be pretty cold for swimming for the first 2 days.

The bikes advertised were not what was at the house and they were not functional which was a huge disappointment. There also was no toilet paper or other basic items such as salt and pepper.

If any issues occurred during your stay, we were not made aware of them at the time, but we would have been happy to assist right away if notified. Regarding supplies, we provide a starter set of essentials — including three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two rolls of paper towels — as outlined in the listing and communicated prior to your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed. Basic cooking seasonings and condiments are also provided; you passed you are welcome to bring any specific items they want. We would also like to note that the property was left in poor condition after checkout, with dirty dishes and excessive trash left inside rather than in the outdoor bins. We kindly remind all guests to follow the checkout guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to maintain clear communication and high standards for our guests.

Sisters trip

My sisters and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. Lots of space, beds were comfortable, kitchen was nice and the location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the pool and also tried out the putting green. We did have an issue with the washing machine but the host was very responsive when I contacted them and it was fixed very quickly. Overall, a great place to stay - we would definitely return. Highly recommend this place!

Love the pool

Stayed here with family friends for a long weekend in hot August. We spent most of the time in the backyard patio and in the pool. The pool is great for cooling your down. House is spacious. We had 9 guests and it felt roomy.

Vacation + Basketball Tournament Mix

We booked this house for our 5 day stay - our kids played in a basketball tournament in FLL and this was only about a 25 minute drive from the location. The house was perfect - the pool and putt putt area were the most used for us. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable - very spacious. We had a great time. Our flights ended up getting cancelled on the first night and the owner was in constant contact to ensure our arrival was stress free! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property.

Good location

The property was great for our group of 10. The interior was spacious and the rooms/kitchen was clean. The only downfall was the pool was not cleaned until our last day (6th night) of our stay. This definitely was the worst part of our trip and home. Other than that all was good

Fantastic!!

Property was amazing!! Well taken care of! Very close to Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea!! Within walking distance to Publix. Tons of restaurants to choose from, if you don’t like to cook at home. I would highly recommend this property! There was a minor hiccup, we called the owner, and it was taken care of immediately.. Thank you for having us and we hope to visit again in 2024!!

Very nice property for family

We had great experience staying in this property. We turned two bedrooms to offices, and still have three bedrooms for the family. Our sons loved the pool table. The swimming pool is also very good. The front door lock needs some repair. The hosts are very response. They sent us stand light quickly after we wanted more light in the evening near dining table. Overall, we have a great stay!

Great Homes could be Awesome

The house was really nice and spacious. The beds were really comfy and we throughly enjoyed the pool and the mini golf.. The house was very spacious and overall clean. The POC Kevin was very responsive and easy the access.. The owners could definitely upgrade and update some items and ensure that all appliances and doors are in good working condition. The front entry door could not be closed without looking it due to a broken bracket. The burner in the oven did not work thus we were unable to use oven. The custom door in the laundry area was broken and also did not allow for easy access to dryer and constantly remained open near heavy access area. One of the ceiling fans was on high in the kitchen area the entire time and there was not switch to turn off or down including the light. The drapes are old and outdated and the window treatment at kitchen patio door was too small and inadequate for door entry and traffic. Not many accessible electrical outlets in bedrooms and house overall. The shed and area around it has old items and junk and broken door that exposed the junk inside of shed. The screen porch around the pool needs to be enforced. The neighborhood was in a good location. However I would not recommend for minorities as we experienced some racial profiling during our stay in Pompano. Overall our family enjoyed the house and our time in Florida. I would definitely consider this home again.

The previous clients broke the front door bracket, because the doors are imported from Europe so we have to order the brackets and takes about a few weeks for them to come in. All appliances and oven was in good working order before your arrival. Each fan in the house has it own pull line to turn the fan speed up or down and also has a line to turn on and off the light. The laundry door came out of the track and that was easy fix. The shed in the back are fixed and closed, we keep only garden equipment in there nothing for clients. The drapes are not old and outdated they are a couple months old. There are many access points to enter and exit the kitchen and Livingroom from the pool area. We brought an electrician to the house and he found only one outlet not working and was fixed.

When I arrive at the location no one had message me with check in detail. U had to call several times and finally was speaking to young lady that barely new English. She first said we didn’t have reservations, I said yes you all took money from my account paid for. How can I get inside the property. She told me she would call me back l, I waited and waited and i had to call her back. She finally told me where the keys was . Open the door HOUSE WAS A MESS… later owner came by and said the person suppose to be cleaning the property was diagnosed with COVID..: I said what!!! Another cleaning crew showed up.. I felt I should have gotten half of my money back. Looks are deceiving!!! House wasn’t what we Expected. Lizard were everywhere,ants were in bathroom . I text and call no response . I was given my cleaning fee back only. We had to go to Walmart shop to clean house again. Later while there. My 4 month old grandson- caught COVID. Yes !!WOW😲REALLY🤔 we are battling that right now. My husband has tested positive as well, he has underline conditions… Peay for him please.Now we all have gone to get tested today 8-1-22.. I have pictures to prove ur. Very disappointed, response time was 0… will never stay there again will not recommend..

Your story is misleading The house was not clean when you arrived because our cleaning crew got Covid and they didn't come to the house to clean When you call my secretary (by the way she speak good English) from the Airport and asked her for early check in she told you that she will call cleaning crew and find out if is possible That was the time when we founded that the cleaning crew didn't go clean the house because they were sick . We had to find another cleaning crew to do the job that is why my secretary told you that the early check in will be impossible plus the house will be ready not at 4 pm but 6 pm and we will refunded you cleaning fee $250 ,so you could go to the restaurant for lunch or diner and in the same time the new cleaning crew will clean the house If you got Covid when you got home ,that was not from our house because myself, or our new cleaning people were not sick ( The sick cleaning crew never went to the house) so you couldn't get from them. I think because you were traveling that day you could get Covid from many places Airports, Planes, Car Rental etc.. so that might be source of your Covid I didn't pay you 50% refund you asked for , because I thought that was not fair that you just lost 2,5 hr of staying in the house and you asked me to refund you $2000.00 I thought because I already compensated you for that cleaning problem that should be enough. We have pest control service that is going to the house every 2 weeks so we never have problem with any pest but small Lizards outside the house are part of Florida living You told me that you will put bad review if I don't refund you 50% of your stay and that is what happened

Amazing Property

We were in town for a wedding and this property was perfect for my group of friends. We all had our own space, but also had plenty of spots to spend time together. If we come back to this area we’ll definetly be rebooking.

Life saver

I contacted this location after a host cancelled my family trip less than 72hrs before the trip. The host and property manager were by far the highlight to what was a displeasing start to a family trip. The location was clean , spacious, and literally close to everything.

Spacious house with good amenities

The house was nice and roomy, well appointed kitchen, and comfy beds, plenty of bedrooms and space for essentially 6 adults. The amenities were good, pool was clean, pool table had all the balls and cues, and the putting green had plenty of balls with a right and left hand putter. We did find a couple of areas in the kitchen & bath that could be cleaned a bit better (dishwasher wasn't run, old food in pantry, empty water bottle behind bathroom cabinet). Not filthy but could have been better, but not enough to keep me from renting again.
