It’s fully furnished with a queen bed, a cozy sofa to relax on, kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and other kitchen/dining essentials, and a clean bathroom. Plus, there’s WiFi for all your streaming or remote work needs.

Just a heads-up: the studio is on the second floor and there’s no elevator, so you'll need to take the stairs.

The apartment is in a convenient spot with public transit nearby, including:
Belmont & Lincoln/Ashland bus stop – just a 2-minute walk
Paulina Station (Brown Line) – about an 8-minute walk

We might need extra info like a government ID and additional screening as part of the booking process.
Please let us know if you’re bringing a cat(cats only allowed)—$50 fee per pet, and they can’t be left alone.
