Modernes 2-Zimmer, ideale Lage nahe lokalen Hotspots

Hi Amr, Thanks for your feedback. We recently installed AC in the unit to improve comfort. We appreciate your perception of the space and are always aiming to improve to provide exceptional hospitality and a great experience. Safe travels!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the neighborhood nice and safe and that overall your stay was fine. We also appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. The AC units were installed immediately after they were reported as needed, and we’re happy we were able to address that during your stay. We understand the kitchen setup may not have been ideal for dining, and we’ll continue looking into improvements for guest comfort. We also appreciate you mentioning the wall stains and marks, as this helps us improve our cleaning and maintenance standards moving forward. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience.

We’re sorry to hear you felt this way about your stay. However, we would like to clarify that this review appears to be retaliatory following the damage claim we submitted for damages caused during the stay. Our listing, photos, and description accurately reflect the unit, and we always encourage guests to review all details before booking. We also work hard to address concerns promptly and maintain the property for all guests.
