Please note, a digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival. If you'd like to view a copy before booking, please ask. We do not issue refunds due to the rental agreement once a booking is made. A legal ID and verification photo must also be provided.
Incredible waterfront condo located right on the beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. This 1BD/1BA condo can sleep up to 4 (an air-mattress can be requested in advance). The Condo comes with a SHADED PARKING SPOT and has a free parking lot (Trailers, boat, jet ski are prohibited on the property). Located on the grounds is a POOL, HOT TUB, AND DOC FORDS RUM BAR! The Condo is directly across from a boat ramp and is just a 6 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE BEACH! The building is right next to a marina to park your boats! Don't forget it's PET FRIENDLY!
Our 2nd floor (elevator on-site) open-layout condo is the perfect couples and family getaway! We're located right on the Boca Ciega Bay with a private, large balcony overlooking the water. Many guests have mentioned seeing dolphins, sharks, manatees, and fish from the balcony! Because of our angle, we get plenty of natural sunlight in the morning and great views of sunsets in the evening!

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!
- While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.
- We DO NOT provide beach chairs/umbrellas or other beach essentials

If you’re looking to book, please be aware we cannot guarantee the availability of every amenity. While disappointing, this is unavoidable due to our need to have everything fixed so we may be able to provide you a safe and comfortable stay in the future. We will not issue refunds due to unavailable amenities during this time.
- POOL is operational and there is a temporary fence placed around the pool. A new fence gate is scheduled to be installed in the near future, the hot tub is also temporarily unavailable.

- DOCK- will not be completed until at least at the end of 2025.

PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental with a $100 fee per stay. We allow up to 2 dogs (unless directly permitted). Guests need to add both pets to their reservation in advance. If you do not add a pet to the reservation you will not be allowed to have a pet at the rental. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside the rental and outside the rental. If the dogs goes to the bathroom, please clean that up. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner UNLESS you have a private, fenced in backyard. We love pets, but we need to make sure all guests are safe and the properties quality is not compromised.
As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages. While required, it's only a small nightly fee of $8 for peace of mind and extra protection so you can truly sit back and relax!
