Parking is available underneath carport, in driveway & street. The home is close to Uptown, Ballantyne & Southend. Greenway trail is the neighborhood. Blue Lynx rail line is minutes away. City bus stop is across the street. High speed internet for business professionals. Multiple smart TVs for enjoyment. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

RULES THAT YOU AGREE TO WITH RESERVATION

Check-out time: 11 AM Check-in time: 4 PM

*NO PETS- If you bring pet(s)-$200 charge per pet/day. Your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave. This is to respect guests with allergies.
*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
*NO EXTRA GUESTS without prior approval-$50 charge per guest/day unregistered guests. No more than 10 guests overnight.
*NO SMOKING inside home or on premises-$250 charge for rental of ozone machine to get rid of smoke odor.
*No late check-out without prior approval- $150 charge guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew will enter home at 11 AM to clean.
*No parking on the grass.
*Guests will allow owner and/or owner's representatives on property to fix or remedy issues.
*3rd party reservations are ground for immediate cancellation with no refund.
*If you live in Charlotte or within 2 hours of Charlotte, you must have prior approval before booking.
*Must be at least 23 years old to make a reservation.
*Guests wave 10 day notice as per NCGS § 42-3 (if guests do not leave on the check-out date, the landlord has the right to repossess the property).
*Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
This is a quiet neighborhood, so please respect our neighbors.
*Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 PM until 8 AM.
*Extra cleaning during your stay is a payable service that will need to be requested.
*Guests will have access to the entire house, except for host's closet and shed underneath carport.
*Use black make-up towels to remove make-up instead of white towels.
*If there are any damages when you arrive or during your stay, let us know immediately.
*This is our home, so please respect it and take care of it.
*We live close by and if time allows, we will stop by to meet you.
*Place trash in black bins located on the side carport behind the fence. Green bin is for recycling.
*Trash and recycling pick up is on WEDNESDAY. Take bins to the street on TUESDAY evening.
*Take bins up to the side of the house or behind the house after pick up on WEDNESDAY or the city will fine us.
*If you have extended stay, please take trash to curb weekly for pick up to avoid problems with insects and rodents.

BEFORE DEPARTURE

*Take pillowcases, sheets and fitted sheets off used beds.
*Put dirty laundry, including towels and linens in bins labeled dirty laundry.
*Do not take off mattress covers or pillow covers.
*If you have time, please put one load of white towels in the washing machine with soap.
*Start a quick cleaning cycle. This will help us ensure a timely cleaning for the next guests.
*Put all items back to their original place.
*Make sure what you use (dishes, pots, pans, glasses, utensils, etc.) are clean before putting them back.
*Wash the dishes that you use. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and press start upon leaving.
*Take out all trash and recycling.
*Place in bins located on the side of the carport behind the fence. Black bin is for trash and green bin is for recycling.
*Tidy up before departure.
*Extra cleaning fee will be applied if excessive cleaning is needed.
