The Space:

This charming colonial home is a calming retreat in the heart of popular SouthPark. Offering 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and plenty of flexible common space to support you during your stay.

The fully-functioning kitchen features stainless steel appliances, toaster, pots/pans, plates/bowls & utensils. Eat together at the dining table or outside on the furnished patio!



With two common areas, larger groups have the flexibility they need. Relax in the living room with plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen and tv/cable, or head downstairs to the den with refrigerator, couch, table space, tv and board games!

Remote workers can utilize the table top area or access the high-speed internet from around the house.



The main level includes a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, king bed, and tv/cable. There are two other sizable queen bedrooms on the main floor, and a full bathroom.



Downstairs along with the den, there are two large bedrooms. One has a queen bed and another has 3 twin beds for kids or more flexible sleeping arrangements. Also downstairs is another full bathroom as well. Three full bathrooms and plenty of mirror space are a big help when getting ready for events!



Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.

Step outside and immediately enjoy the natural scenery. This deep lot is surrounded by beautiful trees and and greenery! Spend time outside on the fully furnished patio area. and take advantage of Charlotte’s beautiful seasons.

The yard has a section that is fully fenced, and approved pets are welcome!

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except the locked owner's closet, plenty of parking is available in the driveway and carport.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request. Please reach out for details and pricing.



The Neighborhood:

SouthPark is just a few miles south of Uptown, offering one of the city's largest retail and business districts. Shop at the upscale SouthPark Mall, North Carolina’s largest, or enjoy high-end dining and shopping at Phillips Place. Montford Drive is nearby for more restaurants, bars, and bowling at Park Lanes.

For outdoor activities, explore the Little Sugar Creek Greenway with its parks along the trail. The home is centrally located with quick access to SouthPark and the rest of Charlotte, plus easy light rail access from Tyvola Station.

**House Rules**

Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.

Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.

The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.  Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

Minimum booking age: 25 years old.

If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.



Access to the Home:

Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees

Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.

Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM

Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.



Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:

You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.

No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets:

Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.

Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.

Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.



Parking:

Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.



Smoking:

No smoking whatsoever inside the home.

Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.



Damages:

Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.



Internet Usage:

We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.



Trash:

Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.



Interaction with Guests:

Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!
