We will absolutely stay here again with Luna Beach Properties! Check in and out was very simple and well described. We had one issue thoroughout our stay, the air conditioner went out during the hottest week of the summer. I messaged the host, Terri and she had a service man out within hours! You could tell she was doing her very best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She kept us in the loop and the problem was resolved quickly. Excellent property managers! This condo is right on the beach. No crossing the street, no worrying about parking. Just go down and has a great time. Cannot wait to go back! Thank you so much Luna Beach!

Amazing place

Highly recommend. Exactly as pictured. Glad to have on site parking and it was in a nice location. We loved the enclosed balcony with direct view of the ocean. Our teenagers spent 90% of their time out there! Quick walk to the beach and the unit had everything we needed as our home away from home.

The property was beautiful and right on the beach. It was conveniently located to many restaurants and stores. The views were amazing, it wasn’t crowded, and it was very well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Our location was perfect and we enjoyed being right on the beach! We spent alot of time relaxing on the balcony. The only reason I gave 4 stars for our check in process was because we were unclear as to where the outside lock box was located when we first arrived. However the property manager responded in a timely manner and we were able to gain access within 10 minutes.

The condo was perfect for our needs. My husband is a dialysis patient and the layout of the rooms worked really well. We decided to book at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised by the condo. Great location.

Nice place for a getaway

Overall we enjoyed this condo. However, the condo could have been cleaned a bit better in a few spots including sand on the floors when we arrived and some hairs on the sheets. Also the bed in the master was extremely squeaky and the other bedroom was very loud with elevator noises all night long. Overall these things didn’t damper our vacation too much, just something to note for future guest. Otherwise, the condo was spacious and well stocked. The location was great and the check in process was very easy.

Nice little stay. Loved the enclosed balcony! Able to watch the dolphins swim by every morning. Can tell the condo has been around awhile but the character is refreshing. All needed amenities were included. Will stay again if available next year!

Relaxing on the beach

Plenty of room, everything you need in kitchen . Washer and dryer very helpful. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Cold a/c ! On the downside; squeaky plastic covering mattress, needs to be addressed. Need better info and access to beach chair rental, over all we enjoyed our stay

Disappointed

Arrived after 5pm. Called and text the property manager about a second parking pass as email said some properties offer it some don’t. No response, security threatened to tow our second vehicle. Granted we had a room that sleeps 6 so obviously we had two cars. Property manager said (the next day) to pay 40 a day somewhere or leave at their office for free, which their office was 20 mins away from our condo. This put a major strain on our stay as we had to send one person to pick up car come back to load everyone up whenever we wanted to go somewhere. We will never stay at any Luna properties again. Not to mention exposed wiring in hallway, vents leaking in room, elevator out of order for hours. Very disappointed.

What a great vacation!

Nice property. Parking was super-tight. Condo should have had a hair dryer. Might need more information on the enclosed balconies - that was new to all of us. Departure Information was a little confusing as the rental agreement I signed asked us to to more than the information left in the unit and the “set the thermostat to” temps were not the same. One of the two elevators being out of service was inconvenient - not sure if it was a planned replacement or an unfortunately timed repair job. Overall a nice vacation - rental was decorated very cute, property management company did a good job.

Convenient location

There were four ladies at this condominium, it was everything we had hoped it would be
 Beautifully decorated, very clean ,comfortable and very conveniently located to the beach, supplied with everything we needed, could’ve had a couple more rolls of toilet paper, but the market was just down the street
 We would very much consider coming back to the same unit. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the water while having our coffee in the mornings..

We had a fabulous time

The condo was very nice. Oe suggestion we felt more things needed to be provided, dish towels and dish cloths. Few other essentials garbage bags, dish soap. But other than then that we enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores.

Great little getaway

Excellent experience from ease of making the reservation to check out. Did have to call manager a couple times (once for my misunderstanding where key box was & a question about overflow parking) and was helped immediately. Condo was nice, NEEDS ceiling fans especially in bedrooms!!!

Great location

Location and condo were great. Bed in master bedroom made the most obnoxious noise with the slightest movement. Really need to provide more than one fob to get in and out of pool/beach, inconvenient if your group splits up.

Complex was great, small, and not crowded, just what we wanted. Room was clean and updated. The only problem I had was talking to the manager. I asked if early check-in was possible and I still haven’t heard from him.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for our family of five. Very clean and everything was exactly as described. The view and the location was amazing! We loved the closed in patio - we spent a lot of time out there with the doors opened just watching the waves. We would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a place in Gulf Shores.

Beautiful Condo, the views were beautiful we saw dolphins every day. Excellent vacation we enjoyed Gulf Towers. Only complaint was parking was difficult to park our truck, and option parking across the street was full.

Family/Senior Trip

We had a blast, the beach was not crowded at all and very clean. The condo was well kept. Really the only negative thing I would say is I wish there was 1 to 2 more chairs for the Dining Room table and the washer/dryer to hold alittle more, but blessed that there was one in the condo. The property/condo company I worked with is excellent. Easy to work with, very friendly and would reply back to me in a timely manor. Overall I would recommend this unit 8b to my family and friends.
