Enjoy this delightful rustic cottage on Lake Champlain guaranteed to create memories you'll cherish. A truly relaxing Vermont getaway just steps from the private beach and dock, located just a 25 minute drive to endless restaurants and shopping in beautiful Burlington, VT.

Spacious beach, although not ideal for swimming we welcome guests to bring kayaks and canoes, plus a dock slip for all of your nautical activities!

The space
This cozy cottage is located the closest to the beach/dock and fire pit. Open kitchen/living room with sliding glass doors to the wrap around deck. Deck is equipped with grill, picnic table and lounge chairs for all your summer dining needs.
Guest access
Just steps off the deck is a large shared green perfect for lawn games. Quick walk down to the beach where you can fish off the dock, or just admire the surrounding wildlife.

Other things to note
The beach is not ideal for swimming, but is great for fishing etc. There is a great sandy swimming beach just 10 minutes south, Sandbar Statepark.

Boats are welcome and each cabin is allowed one slip. Exceptions possible. Great spot for fishing, there is an access directly next to the property that can be used until mid season with most small/medium sized boats. If the lake level is too low, Apple Island Marina and Launch is a quick 5 minute drive.

**Unfortunately, bug problems are a fact of life on the lake but we respond appropriately with pest control sweeps and diligent cleaning. We recommend that our guests turn off outdoor lighting at night as well as screen and door closure throughout your stay to minimize bug attraction.

Additional rules
The property has two other cabins on site, spaced well apart, please be mindful of noise. Quiet hours 10pm-8am.
